Not Too Safe
Too Many People know the Front Gate Code and come into the Building, even when they Don't Live in the Building. They come into the Building to Steal Stuff (Mail, Laundry, etc). Maintenance Dudes come in 1-3 Days whenever there is a Problem though, so that is Nice.

The management took over in Summer of 2014. They really are doing what they can to improve the building especially in Koreatown. They invest money and take the time to make sure their tenants are fully satisfied with what they would like to be your HOME.
