Pésimo lugar para vivir, suben la renta te dan 1 mes y al siguiente mes te lo cobran, si tienes alguien problema con el baño , cocina , y necesitas ayuda de mantenimiento , no lo vas a recibir no importa cuanto llames te ignoran no puedes tener ni dejar nada afuera porque te mandan un aviso y a al 2 aviso te dan una multa, en el patio no puedes dejar una mesa ni una silla te la mandan a quitar, no puedes adornar la puerta ni ponerle ningún tipo de decoración, tienes que tener un sticker en el carro si no te lo remolcan , los parqueo de los visitantes, no pueden estar después de las 11:30 de la noche porque te lo remolcará la grúa y no te dejan ningún tipo de papel diciéndote para donde se lo llevaron así que tendrás que llamar al 911 y ellos localizar tu carro porque tienen un contrato con Alpine towing que ke dan un porcentaje al igual que si el pequeño sticker amarillo de la chapa está vencido algo que no tiene que ver si tienes el sticker de tu parqueo también le dejarán saber para que la grua se lo lleve, pésimo servicio al cliente mala forma y raramente devuelven dinero dado de el depósito, te cambian el internet para el que ellos quieran y no puedes poner el tuyo, de vez en cuando la luz se va , y se queda todo apagado completamente, no lo recomiendo la verdad, es un lugar limpio y tranquilo , pero las leyes que tienen no vale la pena pagar tanto para no poder hacer nada ni decorar tu propio hogar como te gustaría.

This property is the worst. Shady business. The manager will not help you with any and she will give you major attitude. Terrible terrible terrible. You can’t have any guest after 12am and the manager of the place will go to the apartment during the middle of the night and call the towing company. Do yourself a favor and don’t live here also no wifi and orly direct tv

I am given 1 star because I don't have the option to not giving none star! This is the most horrible place where you can live. The staff is extremely rude, they let it clear to you that you are only a piece of rag and all they whant is your money, they mistreat and harrass tenants all the time and for any reason. Once you sign the contract you are on your own. If you need any maintenance in your unit, manage yourself to solve it and do it as they expected otherwise you'll loose your humongous deposit. The only internet option that they have is through ATT and it's extremely sssslow. The only cable option is through Direct TV and you will pay double the price for the basic package. You will pay for a full townhouse but will have not right to use neither the front porch nor the backyard. Your kids are not allowed to be outside or else you will be reprimended. You will have a dumb unqualified "maintenance" guy wandering around like a ghost catching anything that he sees or hear to run and tell "Annie": the bitter and rude manager. You will have to pay $25 for a residence tiny sticker for your car. Make sure no one who is visiting your unit remains after midnight in the visitor parking space or the vehicle will be towed away at $140 owner's expense, even your vehicle will be towed away if it is not parked in your parking space or is not showing the sticker. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR LIFE TO BE MISERABLE!!!!

I do not recommend these townhouses they are terrible. the customer service is horrible, the maintence does not know what they are doing, they are not kid friendly or animal friendly, you have a backyard but you are not allowed to used it, the parking for friends and family members are very limited, you are not allowed to have plants and if you do they will take them without warning what so ever. It feels like you are living in a jail because there is always someone walking around watching what you are doing. I think for the price you are bound to find something way better than here.

This place is the worst place I have ever rent .They only offer ATT for Internet and is the worst plan. ( NO INTERNET).They don't take care of the apartment once you move in . I have been waiting for a technician to fix my kitchen and my freezer for MONTHS . They HARRASS you every day with a man that is watching through your windows and taking everything you put outside and they don't give back your things. You could be cleaning the flour and your bucket and and cleaning tools will be taken away if you put them outside for a minute. You wont be able to use the backyard and the kids are not allowed to play outside. You can't have flowers or plants in the front, no Pets allowed and every time you talk to them they treat you like if they are your boss or you owe them something. Don't waste your time and money. You will feel like you are in a communist country.

You will feel harassment if you rent at this place. They hire some Cuban guys that take away everything you put outside your door or backyard even if it is only for a minute. Good luck if you need something to be fixed,they won't fixed and the maintenance guy is not qualified.The maintenance guy spends a lot of time looking through your windows and glass doors in the backyard ( no privacy). The internet available is only through ATT and is extremely slow (no internet). Kids are not allowed to play outside and there is no pets allowed. No plants or flowers allowed. The visitors parking is two blocks away of most of the apartments and there is only a few spaces. If you call the office with a concern they will be very rude just because you already signed a contract. This is the wrong place to rent .
