Jordache Park Apartments

I have lived in 2 different apartments here and I love it here. The property manager is responsive and friendly. I have great neighbors who look out for each other, I feel safe and the property is well maintained. Whenever I need a service call they are prompt and friendly. During the winter the lots are plowed in a timely manner and periodic upkeep is maintained including lawn mowing and mulching of areas around the complex. Rent is reasonable with apartment amenities are just what I need. I would highly recommend for anyone looking in the area.

I moved out about month ago. We received 5% of our security deposit back. I have been reaching out to the leasing office for roughly 4 weeks and have not gotten a response. I have called not once but up to 3 times a day to try to get ahold of someone and I even emailed many of times. Finally got ahold of Jen the manager and I asked what happened to the other 95% of the deposit. She told me it was for cleaning fees and a black stain that was on the ceiling. 2 weeks before moving out I had talked to Jen and asked her what she wanted done she said nothing just leave they will take care of it. The black stain was from a leak in the roof which maintenance was made aware of and they said they "fixed it". They fixed the leak but not the damage and now want to charge us for it!! The 3rd party they use for the water service has been over charging us for months and will not fix it.

This property is owned by Landers Management. They do not plow the parking lots, they do not answer maintenance requests, and do not return calls or emails. There is no upgrade or upkeep of anything and if something breaks it is never fixed yet you are paying a premuim in rent. They allow any number, type or weight animals contrary to their policy. Loud dogs that bark are never taken care of. Dogs run around with no leash. Children runaround unsupervised at all times of the day and night. There are several hoarders which have not been addressed. WORST PLACE EVER and a waste of money.

I have lived there for 17 years. Up to 10 years ago I would rate a 5 since it has gone down hill bad time. Our roof leaked so bad we had streams of water and bubbles under the paint. I was promised a new roof in fall but then it was not approved. On top of that new neighbors moved in that believed the rules we all sign with our lease did not apply to them. Quit hours, parking, garage etc etc. we had pictures of their vehicles blocking the garage I paid for. A water ski vehicle parked in the handicapped area for atleast 6 months. I address the property mngr and owners nothing was done. After 17 years we moved!

My roof leaks in both rain and snow, and has for years. The only way I was able to get ANY kind of response from the management was by calling the parent company, i.e. the people who sign their paychecks. No email or voicemail is responded to, there is never anyone in the office, and everything screams that the management DO NOT CARE about people who live here. Terrible place run by terrible people. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I’ve called, emailed, submitted inquiries on their website everyday for over a month with ZERO response from the complex. Very disappointed.

I have been calling this apartment complex for about six months with no response. It is terribly rude and completely unprofessional. To the point where I have to saying that obviously I would never rent from this unprofessional rude place. I’ve just had it whatever

Enjoyed my 4 year stay here at Jordache Park. Do not let prior reviews scare you as they have switched personnel on site. Arianna is pleasure to deal with and goes above and beyond to help her tenants.

I previously lived at Jordache Park Apartments prior to buying a home. Everything was always very clean and the sense of community was great. Really loved the fact that it’s pretty much a circle of its own community where kids can play and people can walk without a ton of traffic. Apartments are nice and spacious inside with good grass area to enjoy outside. As an added bonus...Lugias is within walking distance for the best ice cream around!

It's hard to imaging a better run facility than this. The management is friendly, accommodating and very efficient.

You pay a premium to live here, and the apartments are average at best. Don't even get me started on maintenance. Why is this place advertised as being 5 stars? Almost every review is 1 star.

I moved from Florida this past July be close to family. I could not have made a better apt. choice. Several months ago, a NEW complex manager took over, along with a new maint. staff. They are doing an awesome job -------------- working overtime to take care of residents & apt. service needs. I have not had any real main't. issues, but the little things that needed to be done were taken care of FAST!!! I have a beautiful 2nd floor apt. -----2 bedrooms---2 full bathrooms-----------garage-----etc. It is a very quiet location but so close to stores, malls, expressways, etc. So very easy to get anywhere. With all of that said, I could not be happier with my apt., the apt. complex manager, main't staff, etc., etc. Would not think of moving anywhere else !!!!

SLOW response to maintenance needs. Example: ceiling was crumbling and stained following water/ice damage one winter. Three years later and it was STILL not repaired. Even getting the seal on a door repaired took multiple requests. VERY POOR snow removal in winter. Ever heard of salt??!! The "manager" on the property is snarky, deceitful, and rude. We were so glad to move out.

Jordache Park, owned by Landers Management, is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. Upon moving in, my wife and I found that every time it rained, we had a swimming pool in our laundry room. We reported the problem constantly, but it was never fixed. Why? The roof needed to be replaced. Management was aware of this, yet refused to fix it for over a year. This lack of responsiveness to repairs is a common problem with this company. After living here for a year and a half, my wife and I purchased a house. As we interpreted the lease, we would be able to terminate the lease by paying a penalty of 3 months of rent. We were fine with that, and notified the property manager once we had closed on the house. She responded with a nasty email saying that we need permission to do that, and we do not have permission from management. She then threatened us with litigation if we went through with the purchase of the house, and told us to have our attorney cancel the contract to avoid an “unfortunate situation”. Being threatened and insulted is not something that I am accustomed to. My wife and I have moved around quite a bit in our lives, and every apartment complex that we have rented from has worked out a compromise with us to make our moves work. Jordache Park/Landers Management is run by unreasonable people, and the state of disrepair of their properties shows their indifference towards their complexes and tenants.

I recently went to see the complex and sadly disappointed. The lady in the office was rude and off putting. They have a unit but I wouldn't rent because $1050 is a little high for the quality. The outside of the buildings are dirty and there is no landscaping?! It's very dull and drab in the bottom apartment. But what turned me off the most is the girl that took us around. She was not personable and fake.

I have been a resident here for over 8 years. The office staff is wonderful! I love my apartment and the beautiful surroundings make this feel like the country. Maintenance is always polite and fixes things timely. I have not had much in the way of maintenance issues. I have been here so long I know all my neighbors and they are the best. The neighbors are nicer here than when I had a home! I would recommend this place to anyone looking.
