La Bella Vita

I've lived here 8 months now and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff truly cares about the residents' experience here and has to responded to any of my concerns quickly. I love the mountain views from the gym and saltwater pool, and also enjoy our complimentary espresso machine in the resident center. I don't regret choosing to lease here!

Excellent staff (Meredith Grace and Mike) with modern, clean and spacious apartments with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Great amenities in the office, gym and pool area. Super close to grocery stores and city parks! Just north enough to be out of the hustle of downtown and only a short drive to get there. DEFINITELY 5 stars

I love our apartment. It has vaulted ceilings and open concept with granite countertops. The views are amazing. This is a gated community and has the look of a condo community. Well spread out buildings and very quiet

My family has been at La Bella Vita for over a year now and we still love it just as much as we did at move-in! The office staff still treats us as if we just walked in for the first time, super responsive and incredibly friendly! The maintenance team doesn't let you go long before something is fixed and the upkeep on the property is amazing! We love calling La Balle Vita HOME!

La Bella Vita is so quiet and well-maintained. The apartments are well-built, cozy, and high quality. Our apartment feels so big and is honestly the closest thing to living in a real home that we could get. The location is great for easy access to everything in the city and it is very quiet. The staff is all very kind and knowledgeable! Grace, Meredith, Mike are all so helpful and you can tell they really care about their property!

We visited La Bella Vita in May 2022, and we moved to La Bella Vita in July 2022. So far, it has been a pleasure living in this beautiful gated community. Andrea went above and beyond in helping us with the leasing process and accommodating all our needs. We were happy to see how well-kept and clean the apartment was. The leasing team left some welcoming gifts in our place, which was a lovely touch. The amenities (pool, gym, and clubhouse) and the entire community are kept in excellent condition by the maintenance team as they work tirelessly every day to keep things clean and organized. The leasing team (Andrea, Grace, and Meredith) is always responsive, professional, and pleasant. If you're looking for a clean, safe, quiet, and high living standard, then I recommend this place.

New resident here! Had a awesome & professional experience and initial tour from Andrea. She provided me with information on all aspects of the community, answered all the questions truthfully and made it feel like home already. The community offers 14 floorplans, has great amenities, and all the staff is just amazing! The community is luxury and resort-style living. Everything you would ask for in a upscale home. Move in was a breeze! After application was approved, everything else moved quickly. Received some adorable and thoughtful welcome home gifts as well. So far this is the best community ever lived at! Ask for Andrea when you schedule your own tour, you won't be disappointed!

I have lived in a fantastic 1-bedroom apartment home at La Bella Vita for a little over a year, and I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful, responsive, and very professional. I recently had a problem with my thermostat, which stopped working early in the morning during a cold spell, which meant the furnace could not start up. I called the Maintenance emergency line and was contacted within 15 minutes. I was told that a member of the Maintenance Staff, Johnny, would be arriving and he would take a look at the thermostat. I decided to be at my home when he was there to ask questions about the thermostat and the furnace. Johnny arrived and he was well-prepared with tools and a new thermostat in case the old one could not be repaired. He made sure he had the right thermostat, then left to reprogram the new thermostat. When he returned, he installed the new thermostat, and the furnace fired right up. The "fix" for the thermostat and furnace took about 15 minutes. Johnny explained the problem with the old thermostat, and what he did to prepare the new thermostat for installation. La Bella Vita is a great place to live, and the bonus to living here are the staff members and maintenance staff and the customer care they extend to everyone. If you are in the process of looking for an apartment home, or are wanting to change where you live, look into La Bella Vita apartment homes. The cost is very competitive, the apartment homes are open, spacious, well-maintained, updated regularly, and the location is central to many local restaurants, activities, grocery stores, and medical care. Love This Place!!!

Excellent staff. The office staff is always courteous, polite and helpful. There was an issue with a couple of appliances in my apartment. Johnny was spot on with fixing the issue. I really appreciate Jen, Andrea, Meredith and Johnny. Beautiful and convenient property.

Luxury Property! My Family and I are extremely excited about or selection to become residents of this property. Everyone here is so welcoming and considerate about your comfort. My home was tastefully designed and tailored to fit our modern lifestyle. I'm in love with the contemporary wood style plank floors. Stainless steel appliances and the spacious living area. The La Bella Vita apartments are easily some of the best apartments we've been at. They are so family friendly, and my dog has bountiful places to go on walks and to the bathroom. Not only this, but the workout room is immaculate, helping me gain a greater physique. Thank you La Bella Vita.

The La Bella Vita apartment complex is a top tier complex. From the great amenities, to a beautiful swimming pool, to the Splendid team that greets us nearly everyday, I want to live at La Bella Vita forever! They also have free hot chocolate, so that is a major plus! If you are considering La Bella Vita, stop considering because this is your place to go!

I love my apartment! My floor plan has a super spacious "master suite" with a stand up shower and separate tub. The grounds are taken care of and always look great. Maintenance works hard to get work orders finished quickly. Staff is courteous and helpful. Would recommend this community to anyone!

I love my apartment! I have so much space in my master and love the tub and shower in the master bathroom. I definitely feel like I live in more of a community rather than "just an apartment". Maintenance is professional and completes work orders in a timely manner, unlike apartments I have previously lived in. I live here, I work here and I love it!

Has the best mountain views and apts are very spacious. The staff and crew get things done immediately as expected. Definitely a great choice.

I submitted all the info and documents to apply for this complex and was approved as far as on paper. However, they then proceeded to interrogate me and ask multiple personal questions in order to approve me in their personal opinion I guess? Completely unprofessional every other complex I've applied for approved me just because I met all the financial qualifications. Made me completely uncomfortable being asked multiple personal questions just to be approved to move in!

1. Location: It borders Powers Blvd. So it's convenient in that sense. But also very noisy due to the traffic. 2. Most of the buildings don't have elevators. So moving in/out is a hassle. 3. The kitchens do not have garbage disposals and the cooktops have the antiquated electrical coils, circa 1970-1980's. 4. Expensive in comparison to other local apt. 5. Staff is friendly while you live there. They gouged me on returning my full deposit and charged me for painting although I never put any pictures up, specifically to avoid that charge. They flat out ignored all follow emails!!! Bad service!! 6. There is poor insulation. Literally it was cooler in the apt sometimes than outside. Perhaps that's why they "require" the heat to be on 24/7 from Nov-May so the pipes don't freeze. Bottom line: There are cheaper alternatives.

The management is nice but disorganized so, if, for example, you change parking rental midway through your lease, expect a lot of confusion and slow action on their part. Also the floor plans on their website do not accurately list the amenities for some of the apartments so be sure to see the apartment you want to rent in person before signing the lease. The complex is safe and clean, but you can find equally nice apartments in that neighborhood for a couple hundred dollars less a month. I recommend you look elsewhere.

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and La Bella Vita team is wonderful from the front office to the grounds people. The property is well maintained and requests are always answered expeditiously.

My husband and I stayed at La Bella Vita for 6 months while looking for property in the area. We rented one of the single level two bedroom apartments with a single car garage. We were treated with respect at all times, staff were more than helpful and the facilities “gym” was always spotless and well maintained. We could have picked a less expensive apartment community, however it was worth every penny to stay in a safe, quiet dog friendly community. If I ever have to go back to apartment living again I would choose La Bella Vita again. What a great experience! Thank you ??

I had a layover in Denver and I decided to come check out La Bella Vita, I had about an hour and a half before I had to get back to my flight, without hesitation Jenny was kind enough to show me one of the apartments, and I fell in love. I submitted my application and got accepted, Jenny was so kind to answer all my questions! I can’t wait to live here! You won’t regret your decision to come stay at La Bella Vita. I know I won’t!
