The manager makes up her own rules , does not let you speak to owner , lies and runs the complex like a demon . She is rude and condescending , she has one set of rules for the tenants she likes and can intimidate and another set for the ones she doesn't like. She talks about the tenants to others , spreading gossip and bad mouthing them .
