I have been living in my apartment for 8 months now and couldn’t possibly be happier. What a great place to live. The community is kept pristine. Maintenance issues are completed a few hours after submitting! My place itself is a large one bedroom with a huge closet. What I notice most about it is how quiet it is here. I really don’t hear much and that was very important to me. The amenities are kept beautifully and there are two pools and two work out facilities that really don’t get that busy. The properties themselves are located alongside a canal that is just beautiful. I walk most days around the canal/lake. Very close by is an entrance to a park/trail that extends in both directions many miles that is owned by the city. I see walkers, runners, bikers, and roller bladers exercising. Look no further because I doubt you could be happier at any other place near by. I have nothing negative to say about this place!

I've been living in this apartment community for a while now, and I must say it's been a wonderful experience. The place is always nice and clean, which makes me feel safe and comfortable. It hasn’t been the most pleasant experience. Very snobby office personnel. I think they think they are being professional but the come across as being disrespectful, distant and uncaring.

Well maintained community. It has a lake that looks amazing during sunsets which keeps us motivated to go for an evening stroll or a get-together.We live in a single bedroom apartment and it is just in the right size for 2 people and spacious enough. Lavillita Lakeside and Landings is a really good apartments with friendly staff, alot of activities and good maintenance. Their newlly renovated homes are very well built and its nice to say that they hardly require any maintenance. One of the best to choose from out there.

Just moved in. So far I am happy with my decision. Ali in the leasing office has been very helpful and patient through out the process. This property has ample parking. Went for a 1.3 mile walk around the lake. Property is very clean.

LaVillita Lakeside and landings is a great community, main attraction being the lake and the pleasant surroundings. Management has always been very approachable and friendly. Lots of events are organized every month with free food, drinks and some cash prizes too.

I was pleased with the entire experience. This is the first community that has checked all my boxes across the bored. Everything was quick, professional, and more than I expected. The management staff was very engaging and polite. They were informative about everything in my welcome packet. This was probably the best move in experience ever.

Apartments are good. The only issue I see is lack of shed parking and there is no elevator. Apart from that everything is good. Staff is good . Apartments are renovated . No complaints of bugs or roaches

Its been a month since we moved in to this beautiful community. Love the neighborhood and the amenities here. The apartments are new and well maintained. We had a few issues with the dishwasher and washer dryer but the maintenance was super quick and very helpful in getting it fixed within hours of submitting the request. So far, love it here :)

The application process was fast and move in was just as fast. The amenities here are great. There are 2 different gym and pool areas. It’s also 10 minutes away from anything you could want or need.

Extremely disappointed with my recent lease renewal experience. Another unit identical to mine is open and the rate is substantially less than renewal rate offered. When I brought this to the attention of the person I was working with was told they consulted apt mgr and mgr reached out to corporate. After about a week, was told the rate couldn't be changed but I was welcome to look at available units. This would be at my expense of moving and paying all fees once again including non-refundable fees. I was not contacted by anyone else in apt office. When market rates are higher, I accept the rent increases. I know of other complexes lowering rent at renewal as rates in area are dropping. Maintenance at this complex is really awesome, but this experience was not stellar. New corporate ownership may have a hand in this. I have lived here for several years and feel taken advantage of as a new resident will pay significantly less than a loyal resident.

Community is great, love the property and walking paths. Been living here for 6 years and after my last experience when we were forced to move due to renovations, my experience with staff has been upsetting. Experiencing a lot of corporate greed after new management company acquisition. Unnecessary fees upon lease renewals and market value rates not taken into consideration when renewing lease. I do like living here, just doesn’t sit right when office nor corporate care about loyal tenants.

Excellent opportunity to escape here. We have a kid's play area and a really pleasant atmosphere for you to explore. As the name suggests, this area is lakefront. Walking around this lovely lake will lift your spirits and release all of your stress. Additionally, the leasing office hosts monthly get-togethers with parties that are the greatest I've ever seen in comparison to other communities.

Maintenance never fix anything and people in office doesn’t care. The people in office say if the maintenance can’t fix then we can’t do anything. They have this electric fan and lights that connected to other neighbors, when ur neighbors turn lights on at night of their house at the same time ur lights turn on automatically.

We have been happy with community so far and the apartment has been great. The monthly apartment events perhaps can be an hour longer so that more residents can attend after work.
