Mount Juliet, affectionately referred to as “MJ,” is a tranquil suburb situated about 18 miles east of Downtown Nashville. Mount Juliet continues to attract new residents with its peaceful atmosphere, great schools, small-town feel, ample recreational opportunities, and many suburban conveniences.
MJ is home to Providence Marketplace, the largest shopping complex between Nashville and Knoxville, touting hundreds of shops and restaurants for the community to enjoy. Mount Juliet is convenient to a broad range of outdoor recreation at Charlie Daniels Park, Windtree Golf Club, and the numerous parks surrounding the Cumberland River and J. Percy Priest Reservoir.
Mount Juliet is also just a short drive away from major attractions like the Hermitage Farm and the Grand Ole Opry. Commuting and traveling from MJ is a breeze with access to U.S. 70 and I-40 as well as the Nashville International Airport.

Property Ratings at LC Mount Juliet
I’ve been here for 15 months so loud. Appliances do not work the run but you have to run everything two or three times to actually wash or cook anything. They will also hammer you on the way out. No upgrading is done. Horrible if you have kids or dogs no dog park no playground. Which you will overlook touring the community because of two grass squares at opposite sides of the neighborhood. Both are covered in dog poop. If you have kids they send out emails telling them not to play in the parking lot areas. They have no place to go!!! The front office staff has changed so much since I moved in and each time it gets worse. It looks pretty I know but understand they are cheaply built poorly maintained and way overpriced. Look elsewhere you can do so much better!! Once you are here fees and price gouging never stops my neighbor has been here three years and his rent has gone up over $750 with no improvements just the privilege to stay.
Beautiful on the outside, a disaster on the inside. EVERYTHING breaks or stops working. Everything? EVERYTHING! This has by far been the biggest waste of money my family has spent on housing. They ruined our experience in Mount Juliet. It could have been so great. But when you can’t even use the water from the sink because they have outages every few weeks? That’s absolutely ridiculous. So many things have broken and we haven’t even been here but a few months. I can’t stand this place!
Not sure how this “community” has a high rating. Must be bribing people to leave good reviews because reading them is unlike anything close to our experience. I don’t want to harp too much but if you decide to move to LC Mt Juliet expect these few things : 1) surprise bills, unexpected charges, no rule enforcement throughout the neighborhood. Forced policies, “billing fees” 2) dangerous conditions for your family and yourself. Swat team with semi automatics has unfortunately not happened once but twice. And dare ask about what’s going on and you’ll be rudely met with their response of “don’t worry about it”. Don’t worry about a ram knocking down my neighbors door when I have a 1 month year old? 3) combining #2 with the fact that we have a newborn and they have a valet trash forced fee upon your unit. ($25 a month). If you don’t have your trash bin in by 9 am the next day the front office women will come by on their golf kart and take your bin. Every single day. $25 a pop in order to get your trash bin back. 4) fridge filter goes bad so you file a maintenance request. Maintenance guy doesn’t say a peep about a cost. They hit you with a surprise fee and then have the audacity to try and charge a late fee on that cost. No one had ever said anything. 5) the goat restaurant is garbage and only has a decent bar but good luck getting any prompt service there. Not gong to rant all day but if I could give this “community” 0 stars I would. If you’re moving here from out of state don’t make the same mistake my Family did and get stuck in the epitome of where you never want to take your loved ones. Do yourself and your family a favor - Save your TIME, save your MONEY, save your DIGNITY, and go to a different neighborhood.

LC is overpriced to begin with. Prepare to be outrageously billed when you move out. They will find whatever excuse they can to have to replace the floors and then stick you with the bill. Avoid at all costs!

We have lived in LC Mount Juliet for about a year and we absolutely love it! The amenities are awesome and we love the community activities that management puts on! Even with Covid, they have come up with alternatives to provide fun activities at home. We also have to say how wonderful the staff at LC is. From the leasing office to maintenance, they are so quick to respond to any issue and they truly care about the residents. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere in Mount Juliet!

This community is so well maintained, friendly and customer service is excellent! If you ever have a maintenance issue, which is rare in my experience, they are professional and prompt. The office communicates well and takes a real interest in providing the best possible leasing experience!

Wayyyy overpriced for what it is and the leasing office will try to pinch you out of every penny. Especially when you try to move out. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off. Please go spend your money elsewhere.

Management is mediocre and lackadaisical on their best days, so imagine what the worst days could bring. Property is overrated and the units themselves have a horrible layout. It isn't worth the price for the property itself, however, if you are looking to be right by shopping and some grocery stores, make up your mind as to whether location is that important because you will certainly pay for it. Maintenance is clearly inexperienced and is always lacking. The property representatives always state that they only have one maintenance person on the payroll. The latter is a clear indicator that the current management is not able to manage their P&L to carve out a budget for decent maintenance personnel.

Apartment hunter BEWARE! This place was great when it first opened, but now it's a haven for many types of people you wouldn't want to live next to. In the past month there have been two police incidents, screeching sheriff's cars, a person held at gunpoint, cops knocking on our door wondering if we saw a person who bashed in the door next to us and told us there was a warrant out for his arrest! And they let him in here! Add to that, no one answers messages, maintenance is non-existent, tons of staff turnover...do yourself a favor. Stay away. Look up REAL reviews from those of us who have lived at this place.
Barely storage space. Resident parking is a nightmare, especially on Friday nights. Inconvenient office hours. Dryer unit takes two cycles to take care of a full load. Faulty wiring. Cheap carpet. And in order to pay rent you have the option of either taking a lunch break in the middle of the day to drop it off or paying a $40 something convenience fee for the app.

Good Afternoon! Thank you for your feedback, I hope I can help resolve some of the issues you're experiencing. We do have storage units as well as detached garages all throughout the property, able to rent, which is a great alternative for storage space. We just received parking signs that should help with the parking issues, especially when The Goat is busy. The office is open every weekend, as well as all throughout the week and we would all be happy to help deliver packages to your front door, or help with anything you might need assistance with. We also have the option online to pay your rent with no additional fees if you use the E-Check option, which is where you can input your routing number and account number. Hopefully this helps!
