Property Ratings at Lenox Park
I've been living at Lenox Park for a year now and I'm very happy to renew! They have new office staff that are so friendly and helpful. I recommended Lenox Park to anyone looking for a nice place w/o breaking my bank account.
I have lived here 3 months and can’t wait for my lease to be up. AC went out twice in the first month. Mold all over the unit. Told the office and they told me it wasn’t mold but still sent a guy over with a Clorox sprayer? (I worked for a mold company) There is no such thing as office management. The entry gate closed on my car, scraping paint off down both sides of it. NO SENSORS on the gates. I have emailed and called for a month- still have no resolution. Asked them to review the video so they know it’s a faulty gate (not me flying through last minute)- manager stated that she never saw the gates closed on my car? (Some would call that a doctored video) The gates have been wide open ever since. Never need to use my code for a “gated community.” If you have any issue- you will be IGNORED and never given higher up information. The office is just here to collect your rent.
I called the office to inquire about a 2- or 3-bedroom apartment with a possible move in period of the beginning of April. The woman that answered and I had the brief discussion with via speaker phone (never advised I was on speaker mind you and failed to identify herself) displayed the worst customer service. When I asked if there was anything available and gave my time frame, she curtly responded that there was nothing available on the first of April. I then informed her that it did not necessarily have to be on 01 April and she responded "curtly" that I could call back next week. I was quite annoyed by her dismissive tone, thanked her, and hung up. With a person like this working in a 'customer service' environment, it is a wonder how this apartment complex has any tenants. I have read the positive comments; however, these tenants must not have dealt with the employee I spoke to on yesterday.
These apartments are super nice. The up keep is always done timely and is fixed to your satisfaction. Shopping real close is a plus. Nice pool and exercise room is a plus. The complex has gate and use a pin code or a laser card. Quite and well kept grounds. It is a great place for singles or a family.
I have been living in Lenox Park for a little over a year and it has been the best experience! Lenox is a very quiet and family friendly community that I know many including myself enjoy. It is a clean, gated, pet friendly community with staff that is very nice and always willing to help. They have Bingo where you have the chance of winning $100 off your next month's rent and it just so happens that I've won 3 times since moving in! One of the best things about Lenox is its prime location. Within a five mile radius we have Walmart, Kroger, many gas stations and restaurants and not to mention a mall and movie theater directly across the street! I just signed a new lease and this is where I will be until I purchase a house because there is not a better apartment complex to live at in Warner Robins!
I live in a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment itself is located in a gated community. We live on the backside of the park and it is very quite. The maintenance staff keeps the area clean and well groomed. If we ever have issues and call, the ladies in the office are very helpful and get the issue resolved quickly. The apartment is roomy and has enough space for all of us. The pool is 3 feet all the way throughout and has a little part at the top that you can sit in and swim right by the waterfall.
These apartments offer quiet living at a reasonable cost. There are cheaper but not nearly as nice and the repairs, when necessary, are slow to be done. This complex is gated with a key code and a laser card. The staff if very friendly and always there to help with any problems that may arise. Pets are allowed at a small one time fee. We have an excellent pool and exercise room. There are storage room for an additional fee. Shopping is very near by. Stores such as Kohl's ,BestBuy, bed, bath & beyond, Kroger are in walking distance. Many more are with in a very short drive. This complex is an excellent place for singles and families. If you have a problem the staff will get on it and it is usually fixed that day. I don't think you can a nicer place to live'
