About Lincoln Hotel

We are an AFFORDABLE HOUSING program with income restrictions at $20,497 per year Pets - DOGS AND CATS only!!! are welcome, must be under 30 lbs. Our initial lease term is 12 months (non-negotiable) Our security deposit starts at $1000 Our application fee is $52 The Lincoln Hotel is a Single Room Occupancy apartment building, not an actual hotel. It is a historic building in the heart of the San Diego Gaslamp district. No elevators just stairs for cardio. The ordinary worker needs a place to have mercy on their weary wallets and rest their weary heads. Workers like, day laborers, hotel staff, restaurant workers, hostesses, part-time students, job seekers, single people looking to start out in life.
