Was great until most recent management took over

Major decline in service and value since new owners & management took over. Pool has been closed for two months. Potholes have developed at the front entrance. Maintenance is overburdened Property is in decline. Rent increase of +20 percent.

Great Community

Havent been here long but so far a Great Community. Quiet and safe. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are nice. One bedrooms are very spacious. Easy to heat & cool. Overall nice place to live.
