The new management team is attempting to do a good job with the administrative tasks of sending correct Monthly Statements to me. Even though I signed my lease renewal after it was over 6 weeks late, and thought this month’s Statement would be correct, it wasn’t. Hopefully the women who has been been working to correct the past, will be able to correct the statement quickly. The accounting problems took months to be addressed, and really gets a lower rating than I gave. The good news is that the new maintenance person and she decided to call in an outside furnace repairman to get my furnace to light after they were unable to. Very smart decision!

So far so good I have just moved in and am loving the space!! Staff has been super friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice spacious home.

There is no communication with leasing staff. My emails have been responded to with unclear information and when I follow up, no one responds. It's been 4 months since I originally asked for help to clarify monthly fees and still have not gotten a clear answer - no response at all for 2 months. Beware - they charge fees that are not included in the lease.

I love living here but we do not have management that cares. It took two weeks for maintenance to get to fixing my dryer so my son fixed it. We no longer have recycling. Where it went no one knows. This location is near my family so it is perfect for me. It’s very sad to see how it is slowly going down hill but my rent goes up. The outside needs paint and probably the inside too but it only gets painted if you move out. My white woodwork definitely needs redone but I know it will never happen. There is no reward for staying around.

I’ve only been there 1 1/2 weeks and the air didn’t work upon move in, washer is broken and my bill says I owe over $1,200 and it should be $0. I’ve escalated this several times and they even charged me late fees. Again only been there 1 1/2 weeks!

So far the apartment has been great. The only minor complaint is that the office team was amazing at getting back to me when I first applied to the apartment, but after that it seemed almost impossible. Other than that, I love the apartment and the facility is great.

My unit used to be the leasing office and it didn’t bother me at first but you can tell the more and more you look at it. There’s missing cabinet doors under the sink. The communication between the office and I in my experience is nonexistent. I’ve sent emails before and no response after 2 days. My mail door is broken and my key broke off inside the lock and haven’t had any help with it for a week now.
Love the location as it is close to my daughter and her family. Unfortunately I live by the trash dumpster and for some reason there is a pacif aggressive game going on with the trash. Suddenly we have 2 extra dumpsters that never get emptied. I pay for valet trash services because there is no choice but do not use them. Having to drive around the extra dumpster is a pain, just one more hazard. Whole area gives this place a cheap uncared for look
New management is doing great as far as snow removal, but maintenance is not great. They need a dedicated onsite person, not people who are trying hard but having to run to many multiple properties across Denver. Maintenance requests are neglected or confused.

Miss having an on-site leasing office and Maintenance person who is regularly here. Trash and dog poop/bags are not picked up as regularly, and rules are broken more frequently (outside smoking).

Not so good. It takes forever to get maintenance. I’ve been waiting a week and a half for someone to come put my patio door back on its track. I live near the dumpster and the lid is always open and there is trash everywhere. This is something that used to be taken care of my maintenance and the manager. There are weeds everywhere. Paint on the building is chipped and starting to look tacky. I love where I live but it is starting to go down hill—sadly.

We've been here about a month now and so far things seem really great. Our neighbors are kind, the neighborhood is quiet, and everyone so far had been really nice and respectful. We love being close to a park and a waking trail and our dog has made TONS of friends on our walks. The community looks nice and FEELS like home. So far, it's been a really great experience.
