No ELEVATOR!!
There are no elevators in this property and there seem to be a disproportionate number of people who are disabled and/or elderly on the 2nd & 3rd floors. Also, the neighborhood is very very crime ridden and dangerous

Maryland Park is a multi-family property that does offer several accessible units located on the 1st floor of each building. Maryland Park is located in a very diverse neighborhood which makes it a great location for many.
