The facility is old. The trash bin is disgusting. The room is small. And the management team is the worst I've ever met!
Management needs to be REPLACED. its a total mess. theres no security. someone got their 4 car doors stolen because management refused to fix the garage gate for about a whole year. strangers walk in and out the apartment looking for what to steal, the security fob slots on the doors intoeach floor doesnt work so residents are not protected, anyone can come in and harm or rob residents. Amenities don't work, wifi is terrible, they supposedly got it fixed but it became even worse than before. come floors are completely forgotten about, they don't even come there to clean, its disgusting. The pool is disgusting, its never cleaned so no one can swim in there. they tell you they have a movie theatre but it doesnt even work lol This is not a five star. its a 1 star. only thing convenient is the rent, but you get what you pay for !
extremely poor experience. I asked few questions and instead of getting a personalized response, for one month, I kept getting pre-written automatic emails of what I am missing out not signing alease with this amazing apartments(!!) and I need to enroll to see pricing, etc. I kept sending emails and FINALLY someone got back to me after one month and answered one my questions but again she told me in order to see the price, I need to sign up to see anything and the automatic emails of HOW AMAZING the apartment is, kept coming. I will never wanna enter my information into any system without making sure that apartment might be an option for me or not based on my needs. Also, it would have been nice if someone reached out to me with a personalized email providing pricing and figuring out if I have any questions. I will NOT recommend this apartment to anyone just because of weak sales team.
I had lived here for about a year. I took over my friend's lease, who had to leave the area for his new job. My friend gave them a check for his last month's rent shortly before I agreed to take over his lease. After he found me, he told the management not to cash his check and instead cash my check for the last month, and they agreed. I gave them my check well on time. They cashed both of my check and my friend's check (so they got twice the amount than they should). My friend, rightly, asked his bank to cancel his check, and then the management contacted him and told him not to do that, and telling him that they cannot get his deposit back. On top of this mess, they first told me to pay my deposit (which I shouldn't have to according to their own lease, because I was taking over my friend's lease). Later I noticed I shouldn't have to, and told them that I shouldn't have to. Their response was: "we have never told you I had to." Throughout this whole process, which was frankly a mess, the manager was extremely incompetent, condescending, and was unwilling to help (or more accurately, was unwilling to acknowledge multiple problems). I usually avoid any conflict and confrontation unless it's absolutely necessary, but in this case I needed to fight really hard to get the thing straight.

Moved into a new unit on 4th floor in August 2018 and there is a low-frequency humming noise that has been driving me crazy. It is non-stopping and extremely annoying. I contacted the office and they did NOT even reply me in a whole week! Terrible experience so far. Don't move in this apartment.

Don't move here if are a non-smoker. They allow residents to smoke, and turn a blind eye to violation reports, even though they claim to have a policy that prohibits smoking. I've reported my roommate several times and they do nothing. The hallways and stairwells are filthy. They don't seem to have maintenance routinely cleaning the place. Management is rude and treats you poorly if you report issues. They only care about the rent being paid.

Management MUST have wrote the previous reviews here because this place is awful! Literally a nightmare from move-in day. They promise you everything but its all a lie! Unless you want a dirty apartment, NO security(literally front door is unlocked all day & night), random people roaming the building, numerous drug activity, leasing office staff hate their jobs and WILL NOT help you with anything, DONT MOVE HERE. Not to mention, the towing company that works for the complex will tow you for ANYTHING! There is literally only like 10 visitor parking spots so don't expect to have company(Unless they want their cars towed for parking in the garage) This last year has been horrible. Yes the rooms are big but the common areas are tiny, and its honestly not worth the headache. I have friends that stay down the street at the Varsity and don't have nearly as many problems as i did. My lease is almost over and I can't wait to move away from this place. Please read the reviews on other sites, And listen to us! DO NOT MOVE HERE. you've been warned

This Place has everything that I'm looking for washer and a dryer also a gated area because i want to feel safe.
Mazza Grandmarc has to be one of the best apartments for student living. Of course it's a bit pricey but never the less , it has one of the largest bedroom, each bedroom comes with their own bathroom. Accommodate students and non students with everything including utilities and amnenties, with free garage parking . I enjoy my experience here because they make it great one for you. Home away from home, the comfort of always feeling that there is someone their to guide you . Is amazing !
