Do NOT MOVE HERE
This place is infested with vermin, bedbugs and roaches. They treat their residents like garbage and maintenance request are always ignored and if they do get attended it’s by an incompetent tech with little to no knowledge. There is a severe mold issue from their roof top cooling system that has rotted out stack and causes much condensation due to lack of insulation. Also note, this place gets the worst of contractors to do work because the ones who performed work passed by inspectors were never paid.
