Meadows at Cypress Creek

Marisol is amazing. She is one of the few managers that will actually run off the people who cause problems and violate lease rules. If you have ever lived in a apartment complex where the management does nothing to help you when you have horrible neighbors you know what I am talking about. That is NOT the case here. Marisol is firm by fair. If you are the type of person who likes to break rules, you are going to not like this place as you will eventually be evicted. However, if you are a mature adult, who can follow the rules and be a good neighbor, this is the place for you! I lived here for 2 years and never had any issues with management but I also follow rules and treat my neighbors with respect. However when I had neighbors who were disrespectful, noisy repeatedly, and just all around caused problems for not only me but other residents, the management always took care of the issue. Marisol is the best in my opinion and had I not purchased I home, I would have stayed here as long as Marisol was the manager!

I've been in this apartment for well over a year and I've really Loved the Management -and staff. The property is well kept and has the offers that help you appreciate life. I've lived in Houston since 1980 and this is by far 1 off the top 3 Apartments that was Great/Excellent. I only wish they had Guest Parking.

Marisol and Denise are extremely helpful and this is a safe and well kept gated community. My girlfriend and I love it here and I look forward to coming home to this place every night. Nathan Williams, tenant

I finally moved out I was tired of living there with terrible manager(Marisol) and bad attitude, when you move in they treat you well but when you complain about something they dont like that and they treat you ugly or ignore you. I left the apartment clean everything was in perfect condition, we thought they would return the security deposit or at least part of it! Well I got $ 26 check only from $ 250. They are charging me some bulbs and the said they "painted the apartment" the only thing that was with little grease was the wall that is above the stove, which obviously i couldnt clean it because it was water painted! It wasnt even washable, so they charged me $ 200 for paint that wall and others that needs some paint supposedly!!!! Oh well so i dont recomend this place, terrible managment, has roaches, ants, no visitor parking, the manager has bad attitude and very rude ( marisol), the leasing agent (Dennise) she is very nice she should be the manager!!!! they charge for everything, and they dont fix anything, the maintenance is an old man who only likes to gossip and the housekeeper that (doesnt know how to clean) is always on the phone !!! Im so happy that i dont live there anymore!!!!

First of all, be prepared to "pay rent with pest control included" and not get any pest control services. They claim to come to your unit every Friday which is a lie. I've stayed home on MULTIPLE fridays all day and NO ONE came. I had an ongoing problem with ants coming through every crack they could possibly come through. Oh, and if you want to enjoy the pool with some of your own music...lol guess again my friend. No radios/music allowed. Want to do something so simple as back into your parking spot? LOL nope! Can't even do that. Must park head on. They literally control you. Make sure you don't have a broom sitting out on your patio or you'll be fined $50 for it being a "trip hazard" HAHA yup, you read that right. Want a friend/family member to come over for dinner? Make sure they're gone by 9 or their car will get towed. Oh, and make sure they park all the way at the office since they're not allowed inside the gates. Relevant, isn't it? It took me 5 weeks to get my security deposit back...wanna know why? The intelligent management that run this place put my unit number (THAT I WAS MOVING OUT OF) as my forwarding address. I had to take matters into my own hands and call corporate to figure out what the issue was and why it was taking so long. Literally took me 3 mins to get to the bottom of it but marisol needed over 2 weeks to figure it out....like I said. Save yourself the headache, find somewhere else to live and actually be able to ENJOY your home.

We have had lived here for almost a year and we love it! All of the employees are very nice and polite. If we have a little problem, they take care of it right away. They have so many rules, but that makes me and my family feel safe. I think if people would fallow the rules everyone would feel as satisfied as we are. We just renew our lease. I’m more than happy to stay another year in this wonderful apartment.

People from this complex have been parking illegally across the street at the middle school and living at the complex under the managements nose.There are now TOW signs up ,your welcome ! and now where are they going to park all night long?Another reason why this complex should never have been put there.

My fiance and i moved in the apartments sometime in December and are planning to stay as long as we can! I'm seeing a lot of reviews on here that are unhappy with management but when it comes to us, meeting with management is always a pleasure and they do everything they can to help us. As for the trash problem: if tenants would throw their trash IN THE DUMPSTER it wouldn't be laying around everywhere. And the roaches: most apartment building have bugs and roaches. Here they are not as big of a problem as people are making it out to be. Keep a clean and tidy home and get some roach repellent and you will be fine. This apartment complex is great! The only down side i have are the children who ride their bikes and scooters between the cars. I have had several scratches appear and have been in my car when a kid ran his bike into it. Other than the misbehaving kids, its great to live here.

Management suck! No parking for residents nor their guests. Rules here are as if you're in college no better yet highschool, college has more leway than this place. I'm currently a resident here and am anticipating my lease ending.

Worst apartments EVER! If you think roaches, SPIDERS and horrible staff is your idea of a "great community "you'll obviously live in anything... AND THEY'VE BEEN THERE SINCE I MOVED IN... AND I'M THE 1st ONE TO LIVE IN MY UNIT. ALSO if light bulbs blow in the apartment(due to power constantly going out) it's the tenant obligation to pay to replace them?! Since when!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And they act if they know nothing about it!!!!!! I thought this was a new complex?! Also trash is always over flowing from dumpsters... but then they try to fine you for placing trash on ground next to the bin....How is this right? If you know like I know you better run for the hills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I moved in a couple of months ago and so far no complaints. The office staff is great and Denise was a huge help when I was moving in. She is very nice and so is the rest of the staff. Maintenance has also been great. Fixing things in a timely manner. I refer everyone who is looking for a new place to live here. I will definitely be renewing my lease. Thank you Meadows at Cypress Creek for everything. Moving here was a wonderful decision.

Been here since the first month love it! Great pricing for what you get cant wait to renew the staff is really helpful and things are fixed or tended to in a pretty timely manner.Have had some pests when summer heat started but i put down a bug barrier and havent had issues since , plus keeping tidy is also keeping the bugs away. Other than that i havent had any issues noise isnt a problem i understand people upstairs cant control the way they walk or when they walk its not unreasonable to here minor noises when you live on the second and first floors.

Worst apartments every; if you think roaches and horrible staff is your idea of a "great community "you obviously don't mind subjecting yourself to any/everything.... then if something messes up in the apartment (which shouldn't be happening because they are a new complex example lighting, whack job of flooring ,etc ) it's the tenant obligation to pay ?! I have had nothing but great experiences here. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I have unusual circumstances in my life but they helped me work it all out. I am very grateful for Meadows at Cypress Creek. I'm looking forward to a long stay here. Thank you all. Love Donna Rideau

The property is new and already has a terrible roach problem. Flying German Roaches...they linger outside on the walls and then fly in. I have complained about this since I moved in. I still see one or two every week. Weak management as well. I would not recommend keep looking.

I live here with my daughter,my mom has an apartment here too, so does my friend we love it. people complain but they just complain because management tells them to clean because they're nasty people and the others complain because they want parking for their second cousin twice removed baby daddy and are denied a parking sticker for people who don't live here. if everyone got a sticker the people who live here wouldn't have a place to park. But of course everyone thinks memememe! And anyone complaining about quarterly checks on the apartment is just nasty I keep my apartment almost spotless and I have a small child and two dogs if I have that and keep it clean everyone else can but they don't and get mad that management asks them to tidy up. Ive been in the office while people scream about these things and I think really if you are so clean why are you complaining there should be no issue id rather know they are making sure everyone is clean in the building instead of having an infestation because of one nasty person. Roaches only go where they know they can stay if you don't have a reason for them to be in your apartment you wont have any bugs....nasty people are not cute stop being gross.

Yes the apartments are nice but the management is very controlling. Ask yourself? Are you willing to sale your soul to an apartment community? They invade your privacy by doing monthly checks in your apartment looking for any reason to violate you. They do not allow visitors after 9 pm, and there is absolutely no visitor parking except a few spaces in the front which you have to register for. & they do not complete maintenance request in a timely manor. I thought that this was a decent place but management is terrible. No one in my apartment building will be renewing their lease. It's impossible to live a happy life with so many restrictions.
