The City Beautiful earns its nickname, from its gorgeous lakes and bright, sunny skies to its pristine streets and beautiful architecture. Lake Eola Park, with its swan-shaped paddle boats and majestic fountain, provides an oasis in the city that's ideal for weekend picnics and afternoon lunch breaks. Located in the heart of Florida, the beaches of either coast (Gulf and Atlantic) are accessible in roughly an hour’s drive from Orlando.
While it is known for being the home of prominent theme parks like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World, Orlando is also the county seat and home to one of the largest universities in the United States, the University of Central Florida. The city contains the Orange County Convention Center, the second-largest convention center in the country, in addition to the busy Orlando International Airport.

Property Ratings at Mercury 3100
I am looking for an apartment in the Orlando area, and everyone here was very nice. I was given a tour by Andrew, and it was excellent. He really knew what he was talking about, and he was able to answer all of my questions.
Mercury has been since day one a slap in the face. You would expect a better quality of living for the money they charge. The apartments are awful, the furniture is terrible, and the cleanliness is literally a crime. And to make matters worse, they steal your money when you move out. I have been expecting a breakdown of the fees removed from my security deposit for the past month and nothing. I have called, and they just keep throwing me from department to department without an actual answer. Literally moved down the street, I assure you the extra $100 in some other place is worth it.

My daughter Charlotte adopted brother/sister kittens at 6 weeks old. The bedroom units are large enough to accommodate her growing kittens and ample space for them to play hide and seek. Tenets can enjoy apartment living with their fur babies, take walks around the grounds and close to stores. Catch the shuttle bus weekdays near the front office or take a few minutes drive to the UFC campus. Convenient visitor parking and overnight guests are welcome.

Hi, your wonderful feedback and rating mean a lot to us. Thank you, and have a fantastic day!
The apartment complex was very clean and tidy and felt like a very safe place to live. There’s lots of parking and places to be outside of the complex as well. The staff there are so amazing and helpful and when I was there I got assistance from a leasing employee named Charlotte. She helped me and gave me information about the apartment and how things were run. She made me very interested in living there and was very focused on answering all my questions and didn’t stop till I was finished. Overall great place and a great place to live!

First off, I have had mold growing in my bathroom ceiling since day one. Maintenance told me to remove it myself but I did not. So I made them come and they basically just painted over it. Also they barge in. They also broke my toilet and never came to fix it. Dents in the walls. Roaches were stuck in our kitchen light, extra roommates yay.....We buy our own air filters maintenance doesn't supply them and they should because we live in a dust ball. Pool never clean. So excited to move out!!!!!!!!! WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!! Wish I could give them 0 stars.

Mercury 3100's management is unprofessional, inconsiderate of their residents, and undervalue their residents' problem and opinions. Our apartment was completely taken apart to fix a mold issue - the refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and kitchen countertop were placed in the living room, and our kitchen is completely closed off. We went to management to ask to be accommodated for our living situation and were told by management, "your apartment is habitable according to our vendors," and did nothing. Even the assistant and property manager went into our apartment, saw the disaster in our apartment, and continued to classify our apartment as "habitable." We asked for documentation proving our apartment is habitable, and management could not prove it, saying they called the vendor's owner, who stated the apartment is "livable." Four college students had to find a place to stay as our apartment was not suitable. We were not given any notifications, updates, or time frame of the situation, only an email the day of stating a vendor would be in our apartment. My roommate and I also have gotten sick on numerous occasions due to a mold allergy from the apartment. If you don't want a mold allergy, spend $400 in hotels (and not get accommodated for the expenses), and have your problems be undervalued all while in college, I suggest you look elsewhere.

It's an okay place to live. My main issue was the insects. My apartment had tons of spiders and silverfish. If they could have gotten the insect issue under control, i would have considered renewing my lease.

Literally signed lease 2 months ago and already getting constant emails to renew lease for the following year. 10 months left on current lease, but they are forcing tenants to sign renew lease or else we will lose current rate. Once you sign you cannot change your mind and then you are forced to find someone to sub-lease. What happened to giving 45 days before current lease ends to decide if you want to stay or not. Tenants should not be forced to make a decision 10 months in advance.

Out of three different places that I have lived at in Orlando, Mercury 3100 is the worst. To begin with, their staff is the best at not complying with residents. They treat people like they're giving out rooms for free. I recently went out of country for winter break and after I left, I got an email that the floors will be renovated while I was still out. Upon getting back, most of the furniture in the room was left broken, my bedsheets and pillows were INSIDE the sink (I know, hard to believe, right?), the broom that I left inside the bathroom was on TOP of my bed. Upon talking to the property manager, his reply was, "If I cared about my stuff as much as you seem to, I would have flown right back" followed by, "The vendors did you a favor by taking care of your stuff. If I were in your place I would have felt silly being in your position." All they care about is money and that's it. The worst decision of my life since I moved to Orlando was renewing my sublease for a full year as I had no other option because I was out of country. Can't wait to get out of here and find a better, cheaper place just as close to UCF. Word of Advice: Do NOT rent a place here. Move out of town, go to a different school. Do whatever, just don't rent a place here.
Please, heed my advice and live somewhere else. I subleased a place for 2 months and it was the longest two months of my life. The place is nothing like the photos. "24 hour" gym is only open when the office is open. Flies everywhere. The residents go 40mph around the turns big enough for one car, so please watch your pets. The entire outside is dirty as can be. Overages every month while I WAS THE ONLY ONE LIVING THERE AND WATCHED MY WATER/POWER AND HAD A FULL TIME JOB. I got billed about $200 extra after two months living there due to various late fees (no notifications--better remember) and bogus fees after I left (mailed me a $55 invoice for "having trash in apartment" and "deep cleaning bathtub" when I scrubbed the place on my hands and knees when I left. Management has no idea what they're doing. Your neighbors will frighten you. Go somewhere else. I wrote this review because I wish I would have had someone tell me this.
Their management is terrible. Maintenance does not respond— we reported broken fire alarms, and they weren’t fixed for months. Washer and dryer are still broken, and we made a request two weeks ago. The wood beneath the sink is rotten. Moldy toilet, shower, sinks. Everything is old. They say they’re “improving,” but with management this bad, it won’t get better. They’ve been “improving” for two years now. They park trucks in front of the exit, in front of FULL parking spots, making it impossible to exit the complex. Raccoons and residents litter constantly, and nobody has the job of cleaning it up. Their garbage units are easily opened by night life, so they are at fault for at least three quarters of the litter. There was once an entire raw chicken outside my door. I hate them. They hate you, too.
My roommates and I all found roaches in our bathrooms and contacted management about it, they proceeded to do nothing. It seems like every night there's always drunk people screaming in the parking lot, usually with loud pop or trap music that makes it impossible to sleep. Because of the outside garbage bins and dumpsters there's always raccoons around, and because of this there's constantly trash in the halls. They had contractors come and tear out our carpet and replace it a week and a half before we moved out, and their only notice was an email they sent out THE NIGHT BEFORE. We all had to either move all of our stuff into our cars, bathtubs, and cabinets then leave our apartment for the entire day, or pay them 100 dollars for a rescheduling fee. Then when we complained they all acted bewildered as to why we were upset and said we got a free upgrade! Yeah I'm real happy to have random strangers rifle through all my things so I can have wood floors for a week. Absolutely terrible.
If you ever have a problem with your roommates/living situation dont go to the office, they wont do anything. Only lived here over the summer for a sublease and had to request a mediation within 2 weeks of living there. Staff never put in any effort to make the mediation happen and I had to contact them about what was going on with scheduling it. I had a problem where my roommates smoked weed in the apartments and was uncomfortable for me to the point where I even called the cops. I tried talking to Ernst the manager about it and he He claimed he would send an email about it being a lease violation but I don't know if that ever happened. I called the cops and spoke with Ernst again, and he basically told me there's nothing they can do and didn't even try to do anything to help me feel more comfortable. Mind you weed is still illlegal. I sent an email to the Regional Manger who also did nothing. At that point Ernst contacted me to come meet with him. In that meeting I repeated everything I already told him and he acted as if it was all news to him. He stated he would at least do a random inspection the next day and "i had his word" on that. It's now almost a week later and still as far as I know nothing has happened. Nothing has been to make me feel the least bit of comfortable, not even so much as an offer for a discount on my rent or a free shirt. On top of that, the prices are going up with the new management and these apartments are not worth $600/700 dollars.
