Lived here for a year and am glad my lease is up. As others have stated, mailboxes were broken into quite frequently. I cannot count the amount of times I had to go to the front office to get a new mail key. It doesn't help that the mailboxes are out in the open. When I first moved in, the apartment smelled like a smoker had lived there or smoke had came in through the vents and settled in that apartment. It was a very strong burnt marijuana smell. I was told it was "New carpet" smell, but that was definitely not it. It took almost a month just to get the smell out of there. Maintenance takes a while to complete requests. In addition, some of the maintenance requests were marked as completed when no one had even shown up to fix anything. For the amount you're being charged here, you'd be better off paying a little bit more at one of the other apartment complexes in the area and getting more space. I understand the surrounding area is getting more expensive, but these apartments are definitely not worth it and outdated compared to the surrounding area.

After being here for 3 years, i no longer feel safe since the new management has taken over. My mailboxes have been broken into, my car has been broken into, stolen car, & there is shady people around at all hours of the night. I can’t wait to get out of here.

Ever since the new management took over, this place has gone downhill lightening fast. The mailboxes are all pried open, cars have been broken into, stolen cars have been dismantled here, homeless digging through trash and the list goes on. We previously had 24 hour security that made the complex feel safe and secure and now I won’t even take my dogs out or throw out the trash at night- it’s too dangerous! Neighbors who have been a resident here for over ten years are breaking their leases and moving out. We might just do the same. I hate being scared in my own home! Changed lease agreement to nickel and dime residents on things light parking lot lights, amenities (which have been closed for MONTHS! You can’t even make reservations like at some other complexes. They are just CLOSED, yet we are still paying maintenance fees?? Ridiculous). The 5 star reviews are either before this complex changed hands, or clearly written by people who work in the office. Everyone deserves to feel safe and secure in their home, without worry what extra fees will pop up each month in addition to everything else. I can’t wait to leave!! DO NOT MOVE HERE

Since the new company has came in they run these apartments like spirit airline. Your rent will be one price but they nickel and dime you. No security and no one in the office ever knows the procedures due to new employees. I lived here for years and never had an issue until this company took over. Pinnacle management is something I will forever look at and avoid renting with anyone managed by them.

Since Coroprate took over secruity no longer does nightly patrol and has not come on property when called for disturbances. Office Managment will not answer calls from residents to take care of any safethy issues leaving resident in fear of their living space.

No service and security. unsafe complex. There are many cars broken, theft, homeless around. they even opened and damaged the property mailbox illegally and took the boxes and letters. we have to go to the post office every day to pick up our mail in this pandemic and they do not fix or change or buy the new mailbox for the property. The gym has useless and broken items. The parking lot is not safe at all. There are many different kinds of bugs everywhere inside and outside the building. low maintenance service with delay. There are many hidden fees every month that apply to you with nonsense excuses. rude management who likes to charge you for nothing.

WARNING!!!! NO ON-SITE SPECIFIC SECURITY AND ALOT OF THEFT OCCURS AT THESE APARTMENTS!! The wheels and tires on my car were stolen and it was just left on bricks!!! Caught the incident on my surveillance cameras and management of the apartments didn’t care!!! Not the first time theft occurred here! Many incidents of theft!!!

Citron is the epitome of Capitalist greed. Was under a previous agreement due to COVID that they would waive late rent fees. Only took advantage of it once, to be shocked that I was charged $45 and no compassion from the Property Manager to waive it. Sadly they turned an apartment complex that felt like a huge family, into a place of dread. After they took over 50% of residents left, and the rest are planning on leaving. Also Maintenance requests are a thing of the past since I was waiting 2 months until I left for them to fix items. COVID-19 showed all of our true colors, and Citron's color is cash green. Do not recommend.

The ladies in the office (Tamara & Marissa) are absolutely amazing! I was leery about new management at first but they have helped ease into it with answering my hundreds of questions when I had them. I’m excited to see what the future brings!

Two out of the 4 that manage Mesa Ridge Apartments are the nastiest women you will ever meet. They are terrible at managing an apartment complex. If you rent here, they will put you through HELL when you leave, with Ginger and Nancy smiling the whole time! They love to be nasty!! Talking about the tenants is a favorite pass time of theirs. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE!!

The lady is absolutely the rudest lady I have ever met. They will tell you to pay your holding deposit, charge you 100 more for the deposit and when you realize they over charge your card, they give you an excuse on why they have to refund you the money and you can't live there. Not worth your time dealing with this family just DO NOT give them your money.
Mesa ridge apartments are the BEST Beautiful inside and out . Very quiet , neighbors are nice and friendly . Nice spacious work out room Laguna pool . Rent is affordable air conditioning in every unit . all around very homely like ..this is your next living spot !
Mesa Ridge Apartments is awesome. Danielle is great and Van is very helpful. Kind staff and very polite. Quiet neighbors and convenient location. Love it here I recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and exceptional place to live
