Property Ratings at Metro Lofts
Maintenance (Electric, plumbing, etc. is just some guy in a van. You will have to wait months for the simplest of requests. You will have to call endlessly to make any progress. They will forget to pay the trash men. The hallways are dirty and never cleaned. Once there was dog poop just inside the main entrance for over a week. There is no insulation and your windows will leak if it rains. Your electric bill will be insane. The HVAC is outdated and has not been looked at in sometime, also contributing to high electric bills. Bugs are pretty common. I cannot stress how difficult even the simplest of requests will be at this location. In summary, great looking building. Terrible, awful management. ALSO, rent will go up while your overall experience will worsen, every single year.
