Miracle Mile Terrace

Located in the Miracle Mile in Mid-Wilshire Los Angeles, a residential area close to the La Brea Tarpits, LACMA, The Grove, grocery stores, drugstores and restaurants. It is great for walking, jogging and enjoying the beautiful weather we have. The building underwent a total renovation in 2014, installing new copper piping and kitchen plumbing throughout the building as well as new finishes and materials to the interiors. All the new units have open floor plan open to kitchen, dining room and living room for elegant and easy entertaining. Living rooms have pod lighting, engineered wood floors, and a balcony with wrought iron railing. The efficient kitchens have stainless appliances including microwaves and composite granite counter tops. All new units feature stacked washer and dryer, bathrooms have composite marble finishes, walk in showers with glass doors and vanities with basin sinks. Units are equipped with air conditioning units for the living room, and heating unit in the bedroom. The property is landscaped in a lush tropical theme. Amenities include a full gym, swimming pool, two full size gas BBQ's, Jacuzzi, two parking spaces per unit and secure grounds. Pets are welcome under current management policy.

Perfect Size and Open Space

I had been eyeing this building for a couple months before it was time for me to move. I love Mid-wilshire area and the neighborhood is super safe and friendly since I am constantly walking my dogs. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars because for the most part- I do really love my place. The only problems I have with it are that since it is an older building- some things weren't renovated correctly but nothing big or too problematic. Its an open floor plan so it feels a lot bigger than it is and the new finishings on the place keep it very modern and chic looking. The pool area is quiet and the sun hits the area perfectly so you can work on your tan in the summers. Small gym to work on your bod but there is also an LA Fitness 2.5 blocks away. Its only 3 blocks away from Wilshire Blvd so I usually walk there for the local bars and restaurants. You also have LACMA and La Brea Tarpits closeby to keep yourself cultured and of course who can forget the market to keep you fat... lol jk.. kind of. All in all a great place for what I pay in both functionality and comfort. LOVE MY APARTMENT!
