The building and units are nice and the overall environment is good. However the added fees (including automatic sign ups to unnecessary services such as RentPlus and overpriced renters insurance that require the renter to spend time unsubscribing) add up and really impact the overall renting cost and experience

While the building is fairly nice and amenities are good, the building acoustics are terrible - you can hear almost all the noise coming from neighboring apartments and every footfall from upstairs.

Unfortunately modera 44 has changed. When I originally moved in the building was clean, the on site team was responsive , and the surrounding neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Within the past 5-6 months I no longer feel any of these things are true. There have been multiple pest issues inside the building that were never taken care of, the surrounding area has dramatically changed and non tenants have been found in the parking garage and community areas.

Amazing Building, Luxury Living
I lived here for a year, amazing building, very well run. The amenities are amazing, management team runs a tight ship, everything you'd expect from a luxury building. It is centrally located in Morristown, easy walk to all the hotspots. The community here is also great, very welcoming residents, I got along with everyone I met here. The rooftop is a great place to hang out and meet your neighbors. Gym was top notch as well. 5 stars from me

The staff here is great, always avaialable if something comes up... there are community events throughout the year and the common areas are great and always well kept. Maintenance here is always top notch. Any issue I've ever had, I mention in the app on my phone, and it's addressed before I return home from work the same day. They're great. It's a great place to live... been here nearly 3 years.

It was nice apartment when I started to live three years ago. But facility and service is getting worse day by day, whereas rent fee is increasing. You'll have better choice if you are looking for new apartment.

Our 2 bedroom apartment is very modern, clean and spacious. We love our balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyard. We use the grill frequently and love that amenity as well. One of us has a 10 minute commute to work, so we appreciate the close proximity of the apartment to work as well as the Green and South St. However, we feel the rent is too high for the value honestly.

The apartment features and community amenities definitely make it worth the price to live here. The management seems to truly care about your experience and maintenance requests are handled sometimes within hours. I haven’t always been able to say that about other apartment complexes I’ve lived in. We are definitely happy with our decision of Modera 44!

A great place to call home!
The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise especially Sakinah, she’s an absolute gem! The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Walking distance to the downtown area.
