We are very happy with our apartment at Monaco at McCormick Ranch. The area is beautiful, peaceful and convenient. Our staff is courteous, professional and available for any concerns. Lack of maintenance. Palm trees 1/2 done on property. Trees hitting buildings (fire hazard). Instead of grass or rock landscaping, I see dirt and weeds when I walk out of my apt.

Monaco managed by greystar is by far bar none an idyllic address in the most liveable city of scottsdale! I hit jackpot when i got on list to move from california to a nice slice of paradise pie--the desert dream of the southwest! greystar gets a gold star!

The Monaco apartments located in beautiful McCormick ranch are a nice place to live, very safe and close to multiple parks and bike paths. Unlike other newer complexes you feel like you have more space and are not boxed in with multiple units. Lots of trees, grass and lakes by the golf course nearby also.

I have been taken to worse places
So the Monaco Apartments at McCormick Ranch are not the Ritz, however, they are in a great location. The Bad: units are old, outdated kitchens, paper thin walls, poor lighting, and may have a mold problem. The good: grounds are well kept, neighbors are friendly, laundry in the unit, large patios on the ground floor units, dogs are welcome, and the handyman is awesome. All in all, it is not a bad place to live. I would stay longer if they had a three bedroom unit.

The best place to call home.
This is my second time living in the Monaco apartments and the only reason why I moved the first time was because half the complex went condos. I love how they are set back away from the road and all the trees and landscaping make it feel like a little oasis. The grounds and the buildings themselves are very well taken care of. The people in the front office are always very helpful and nice. I would never want to rent another apartment again after living here.
