Building is always Dirty.
The Super doesn't keep the building clean. He doesn't have any consideration towards the tenants. He never aswerves his phone or texts. There are a lot of reports in the North Arlington police station about him, because Heaters are not always turned on in the winter. People have file complains with the health department. There is no phone number to complain about him to the landlord. Tenants don't stay in these apartments for long because of the living conditions. Super just not very helpful with any situation. If you complain to him, he will answer this is a rental and if your not Happy move. Before going to the trouble of moving to these apartments ask the tenants about The super and the building conditions.
