Property Ratings at Mosaic at Largo Station
Wonderful apartment and I love it here it's so beautiful. The one star left out is because when I moved in, there were so many things I wasn't oriented on so my move in was just not it. Communication was also bad but generally once we get past that, top tier building!
Great experience, clean, smells good and the staff is very professional! I know I will enjoy living in the unit. It’s always been a pleasure to work with the property manager.
Haven't moved in yet, still waiting for my applicantion decision. I would love to live here nice and quiet so far. My tour experience was very nice the uoung lady that gave me the tour was very professiional and very patient with me. I would refer people I know the plan on moving.
Hello I don’t have MUCH TO SAY since the last time you sent me a “RATE AND REVIEW YOUR APARTMENT COMMUNITY” survey. Just remember to put US the residents first thinking about continual SAFTY MEASURES i.e door locks are checked REGULARLY, maybe more VISIBLE security CAMERAS, ASK THE PET OWNERS TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR PETS : add a PET WASTE area or TELL THEM WHERE ITS LOCATED. Thank you
I recently moved out and felt compelled to warn potential residents that this is a bad place to live for these reasons: 1. The building is dirty inside, especially in trash rooms and the loading dock. The stench in the trash rooms is so gross that every time I threw my trash away, I would gag horribly. I'm not overly sensitive - the smell is just that bad. The loading dock also doubles as a place where dumpsters are kept and smells bas as a result. Imagine yourself on move-in day, unloading for hours, and nearly vomiting the entire time because of the stench. That was me a year ago. 2. The staff is nice, but is very bad at communication and is disorganized. Calls and emails are not returned. Staff are not present on the weekend. If you work normal hours, it is very difficult to get ahold of the staff. There is no formal process for bringing new residents in or checking residents out who are moving out. Always felt like they were just winging it without training. 3. Cars are broken into and I've seen several cars on blocks with missing wheels. 4. Fees. Resident parking is $75 for an unreserved space and visitor parking is paid hourly at something like $2.50 an hour with no max. Someone visiting for a weekend might end up paying over $100 for parking. There are also a lot of move-in fees and random fees added to your monthly bill. 5. Fire alarms go off about once a month in the middle of the night. Sometimes more often. It is really impactful on sleep. 6. There are a lot of pests. Centipedes, pill bugs, spiders, crickets, and flies will be in your apartment often. I'm a very clean person and take my trash out regularly. Despite that, bugs were always around. Also, several times a week I would hear something scampering within the HVAC. At some point that scampering ceased and was replaced with a noxious smell for several weeks. Many rats/mice are outside as well. I assume whatever was up there died and I was smelling its body. I want to be fair in my review, so here are some positives: my apartment was spacious and pretty modern. While I hated and was grossed out by the building, once I made it into my apartment I enjoyed being there most of the time. Maintenance was very kind and responsive to work orders. About a month into living here I felt like I made an awful decision and regretted moving in. I don't want you to share the experience I, and several other residents I've spoken to, go through. Please reconsider moving to Mosaic at Largo Station.
Love the updated features on the outside of building. The inside of the building is very nice withe lights and furniture. Very quiet and friendly environment.

Hi there, thank you so much for your positive comments about Mosaic at Largo Station!
Lissie, it is officially two years since we have been residence of the mosaic at Largo and it has been on a scale from one to 10. I will give it an eight and I give it an eight because the resident management team is coming together slightly. Shaquille is awesome. He goes above and beyond and we’re thankful for him, the maintenance crew they are still a nine out of 10 you Pablo and as far as neighbors still at eight out of 10, which is not bad that’s really high on my scale and overall yeah for five stars I think is a great rating. Apartment life is not for the faint at heart , because we all have different personalities different lifestyles different ways of doing things and you have to be flexible.

Our team strives to deliver an excellent experience, and are glad you found this to be the case during your visit. If you have further needs or questions, please reach out!
The apartments are really nice. There are other issues. The pets in the building urine and defecate in the hallways and on the elevators. Packages are taken from the package room by tenants and people from the outside. There is no security in the building and there are break ins in the garage.

Hi, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We regret that you had a negative experience, and will use this as an opportunity to improve.
First off the building is infested with mice and the property management company does nothing to fix it. The fire goes off for no reason at random hours. People steal packages, I even had a neighbor who had her car stolen from the garage so there is no security. Not worth the price you can find something better.

Excellent office staff, excellent maintenance team. Beautiful units, beautiful amenities. Anytime I may have an issue, the team here at Mosaic addresses it swiftly and thoughtfully.

Hi, we're so glad that we were able to go above and beyond your expectations!
Great staff, specious, plenty of amenities. And pet friendly. I especially like the pool, easily accessible. Gym is not 24/7. Fairly quiet area, very nice lake nearby

Hi there, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience!
Mice keep coming in through my laundry closet somehow they can’t fix it.. I’ve had 3 mice in 2months and I reside on the top floor…also pet owners don’t clean up after they dogs.. dog poop in hallways dog urine in stairwells no one cleans it up I would not move here unless u got a voucher willing to put up with this filth!!!!
This property has mice! I have been here for over two years and this month, i have now seen mice running down the hallways as i come home from a hard day of work....as if residents are not paying thousands of dollars MONTHLY to live here. This is supposed to be a luxury apartment but management is giving minimal effort to fix the Mice issue. The mice are now my neighbors. Seeing them run down the hallways is traumatic. I actually saw one mice run down my hallway and into someone's apartment. This is horrible. Do not move here as the mice issue is out of hand and unfortunately management is not making getting rid of MICE a priority. Again, there is a mice problem here. Do not move here if you want to live some place where there are no mice.
My car was broken into in the garage Monday, February 20, 2023. Window was busted out and garage security door was inoperable. Nothing was done to insure further safety from this happening again.

Hi, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. Since your review, we have replaced our security officer with a Prince George's County Officer to cut back on this type of behavior. We are confident with the cooperation of our community, we will be a positive change.
Was a resident with a lease and keys given to me to move in on a Saturday. Keys didn't work on my units apartment. No call back for 2 days due to leasing office being closed and no emergency maintenance available.
I went in to take a tour and fell in looovvveee. everything is awesome about this place ! Top 3 for sure !
Fire alarms go off in the middle of the night 1-2 times monthly, and due to the setup of the system take 2-3 hours to turn back off.

Renter beware. The office staff has a very low level of consideration for renters. It takes months to get responses to emails and calls, the attitudes are extremely poor, and they lack basic comprehension skills. Maintenance staff is great and very prompt, management is absolutely horrible. Gym equipment is always needing repair, the grills were broken the entire summer, towing policies change every few months, Save your time and money. You don't want this level of stress at "home".
Management here is very poor. Rules about parking change often, so you likely will get towed. The trash rooms are consistently overflowing. It reminds me of a college dorm. Spiders, centepedes.... just don’t move in.
Wonderful building with great amenities! Movie room, gym, swimming pool, and right across the street from the Metro subway (Largo Town Center: Blue and Silver Line)! Great neighbors and a real sense of community and belonging! Lastly, a sure-fire maintenance building team that stands at the ready to make emergency repairs, with a spirit of excellence! Five Stars!!!
I have lived at The Mosaic at Largo for almost a year now. My apartment is very nice. I couldn't ask for more. I have a large living room, Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. My kitchen has stainless steal appliances and granite countertops. The complex is in a prime location if you like going to Washington DC or Northern Virginia for nightlife. The staff are friendly and always willing to make your stay more comfortable. Also this is a smoke free community. Inside the complex is a 24 hour fitness center and indoor basketball court. Parking is gated inside of a garage. I never have a problem finding a good parking spot on my floor. This is an amazing complex I will be living here for a couple years.
