Property Ratings at Napoleon Square
Viví en este complejo por 13 meses, es buena la ubicación, y la renta era bien económica, y los apartamentos espaciosos.
I wish there would be a negative rating. Living in this apartment for 2 years. The maintenance is no where to found. It will take them a year or more to fix the damage. When you call to the leasing office to report any problem they will keep you in hold for a whole time and when you walk in the lady in the front desk is kind of rude. There are stray’s cat everywhere and people drink at the parking lot and leave it full of trash.
Very bad I do not recommend them they opened the car to my dad and my mom tmb there is no security at all the ones in the office are very bad and very badly spoken I do not recommend them inside they are a disaster and the maintenance ones do nothing worse experience to live
As a manager they need to make sure every apt has been fix for any problem. I call to report my ac on Saturday ESTELA who is manager on my section never put my report to the system until I went to the office to see what is going on seen past 3 hrs I was told front desk there were no report.Estela know that it is emergency is hot outside and inside apt and Sunday they closed. Estela is rude with bad customer service, she like easy money.
full of crimes, car towing every night, no parking lot, very dirty, full of bed bug, very depressed, at the end no deposit-return, the management is horrible, when there is electricity cut-of they may come within 5 days. In 9 months I went and reported them 6 times to cure the mice, cockroach and bed buck problem but no one come in this 9 months for spraying the apartment.
I have been living in theses apartments for more than 14 months. The management is poor. There are a lot of maintenance guys hanging around, but if you need them, you will never get them. I have a problem in my apartment and I have gone leasing office more than 12 times in one month, but got nobody show up. It is not only this time every time when I face any problem they do the same thing. I was going to do another contract here, but I am going to move in this month. I will never recommend these apartments for the people who have family like small children with them. It is all old , my outlet is broken for more than 3 months and I have a kid of 2 he put his finger in it, if anything happen to him than I don’t know who will be responsible for that.
They have bad maintenance service and I was without air 4 days and I did not want to fix it to be there every second to be fixed if not for them they would not have fixed it and I have a child of only one year.
To start and not repeat what others say, they steal the parking stickers from the cars and the administration the only thing that matters is to charge you $ 100 for a new one. You report a problem in the room and they do not repair it. Sellers of drugs in the condominium, music. And fights between neighbors when they are drinking alcohol, garbage, cigarette butts and foul-smelling black water everywhere, there is no parking. There is no security and the area is very dangerous. In short, the price is not worth it. Better think about it ...
So I have been living in these apartments for about a year now. The only thing that was good was the price but now that the property is under new management, they want to charge more for rent. I wouldn't mind paying more if they would actually put money into the property. SO, lets start with everything that is wrong with these apartments. The parking is horrible, they have storage containers all over the parking lot and still take away more parking spaces. If you are coming home after 12 expect to not have a park and have to drive around for 30 minutes to see if someone will pull out. There are never visitor parks either. The roaches are REALLY BAD here no matter if you are clean. They don't care about the landscaping on the property. The laundry rooms never work. There are these sewers all around the apartments that flood out everyones feces and toilet paper into the parking lot and phases, which cause a really strong smell throughout the apartments if it is hot outside. They half do everything. Right now they are painting the apartment rails red. They have been doing that for about TWO month, and they only half paint and move to the next. It looks so horrible!! The girls in the office are so rude, they call each other on their phones to talk about you while you're standing right there. The walls are super thin and the windows will seep in water to your room when it is raining really hard! Please do not waste your time on these apartments you will be so disappointed. I know the price is cheap but take your money somewhere else!!!!!! If there was an option for ZERO STARS, I would definitely give it to them!!
Thy don't have a almost all the thing they said in the add ... they have a broken laundry machine ... and to many drinking people around the inside street of the apartment some parts looking good but other have a lot of problem and the maintenance is bad too .. they never I know some how was living there for 7 year and never change the carpet from the floor ... they fix only some part for looking good in the pic that take it for the Internet and sometime they don't even have electric power..
These apartments are very old and they need renovations. They have roach problems and it doesn't matter how clean your apartment is. If you have a maintenance related issue, maintenance takes their precious time to come and address the issue. The price is nice, but you get what you pay for... cheap carpet, old appliances, thin walls and really bad parking. The tenants seem to not care about the cleanliness of the property also. They leave their beer bottles and other trash where they consumed them. This whole area around here is rather cheesy. Avoid at all cost, if possible.
