Great location in recently renovated building

Doorman, elevator, laundry on site, common accessible roof deck. This building's lobby and hallways were recently renovated and look very nice. There is always a very friendly doorman on staff. The location is great - the East River is very close, the M23 crosstown bus stops right out front. The roof is a great amenity, with great views of downtown/Brooklyn, lots of space and chairs/small tables. It's a 17-story building with 2 elevators. Restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and anything else you need are within a short walking distance. I'd highly recommend living here if it's available.
