Water gets shut off a few times a month Rust leaks from pipes on your car. they will never fix the pipes. shut off water without 24 yr notice. and enter your apartment. nothing gets fixed properly. they will need to come back several times elevator brakes often garage gates break often staff is incompetent. Dog poop all over fake grass and sidewalk. they do nothing resident manager is useless no one to contact after 4pm or on weekends.
