North Hills East is an extension of Panorama City’s North Hills neighborhood. It lies on the eastern side of the 405 freeway and houses a burgeoning rental market and plenty of amenities for renters. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Today I woke up to the 5th flooding in my apartment. 5:45 AM and none of the after-hours "Emergency" numbers posted by management are valid. There is complete disregard for tenants. Apartments are not maintained at all. Getting anything repaired needs something close to divine intervention. Cockroaches galore! if you like those delightful creatures, this is your place. Anza Management is neglectful and its on-site manager is ill prepared to deal with tenants. Phone calls are not returned and when you are finally able to reach someone, you receive despicable, rude treatment.

Color me impressed!
Wednesday 03/29/2023 Color me impressed! The new faucet and knobs are probably the nicest thing in the apartment. After 9 years of neglect, the apartment getting flooded 4 times and zero maintenance maybe the tide is turning with Anza Management. I will keep you posted.

Run! Run! Run!
Break ins! Bug infestations! Floodings! Criminal activity and negligent management. Every day is a riot at North Hills Village! If you lack surprises and aggavation in your life, come rent here. It is a Blast...Truly.
