You will be moved into a dirty apt then charged a ridiculously high cleaning fee when you decide to not release. Deposit will not be returned. Half of the property is empty because they can not retain tenants due to poor property management and being money hungry.. make matters worse they are roach infested

I moved here 8 months ago and the staff was great. Always someone to speak to if any issues. Today I went in to let them know about strangers hanging around the apartments and knocking on random doors. The office personnel is new and no one seems to care about the property or issues of the tenants. I've noticed that the property is being poorly kept and the gates are no longer working. Which means anyone can come onto the property. Also, the lighting on the property is deem at best. It saddens me to have to give this review because the apartment had great promise when I moved in and now it seems the management doesn't care to keep up the property. I gave my notice. Please consider elsewhere to move, it's not safe here.

Roaches ?? Faulty appliances ?? Random towing of cars ?? Litter around complex ?? Noisy neighbors ?? Petty crime ?? Mngmnt who hate being landlords ??

I love living here, it's very quiet. Everybody minds their own business. It's a beautiful site, they're well up kept. Maintenance is Good Too.

Easy access to 45 North, plenty of parking, camera monitored, spacious floor plan, and the property is well maintained. C. Lewis

I have been living here for 10 years. Over the years there have been many changes in management, and right now the office is easy and great to work with. Always welcoming and helpful. The apartments are very cute and nice. The community is pretty quiet. Parking is my only complaint but you will have issues with parking at any apartments. I do wish broken down and unused vehicles were tagged and removed from the property.

I’ve been a resident here on and off for years. Great front office, timely maintenance, and excellent communication. The rent has always been reasonably priced compared to similar apartments in the area. Love it here!

Been living here going on 4yrs now and have seen several changes in property management and office staff, but the crew now is by far the best. I hardly ever have any maintenance issues and when I do the problem is fixed in 2 days or less. No bug problems, if you do start seeing bugs tell them, and someone will be out that same week to spray. They have even made noticeable improvements to the property (parking re-stiping, painted garages, new kids playset, better pool furniture, repaired speed bumps, improved trash pick up schedule). My main pet peeve are the doors- since they are metal they open loudly and slam with force each time a resident leaves/enters. I can hear and often feel the doors of others on my floor and the landing below. I've gotten used to it but sure would like some extra weather stripping around the door and wd-40 on those hinges. Other then that I am a happily satisfied resident with the intent on renewing my lease until I save enough for a home.

I’ve been here a year, it’s a quiet nice place to live. maintenance always comes so fast and the management is so friendly! I’d recommend it to my family and friends!

I have been living here for a year never had any problems in or outside my apts my kids love the pool and play area. Parking is great not too far of a walk from stairs lucy is my favorite leasing agent she has been helpful since i came in and applied also maintenance is fast and on standby.

Maintenance men come on time finish on time very prompt. Always courteous and nice. Especially Efren. Staff very nice.

i been living here for 4 years never have a problem with the staff they are very nice people. It's safe. Only complain I had was noisy neighbors, but I went to the office and they took care of me. It's a clean community, very nice place to live in. Nice pool area, nice playground area. They have a lot to offer to the residents. Very content here.

I love Northbrooke Apartments. I moved here shortly after Harvey and I am over the moon satisfied. My first experience was with Lucy and she is amazing. She stayed on top of everything I asked for and was very informative. My house is amazing. When I moved in there were a few things that needed to be addressed and the management team came in and fixed everything on my list without any hesitation or questions. A few weeks ago I had an issue with water leaking from my ac unit and my floor was wet from the living room all the way to the back bed room. They were going to come in and fix it of course and dry the areas that were soiled. When I came home from work the next business day not only was my ac fixed but they had sucked up the excess water and shampooed every room in the house!!!!!! WOW. So when I saw the notice to renew, I did not hesitate. I came immediately to resign. Thank you to all the ladies here and guys who help them. The property is beautiful, my boys are in the pool everyday, the gym is clean, the sauna is cool and the movie room is quiet and comfortable. This is the perfect place for your family if you are looking for a safe, cleaning quiet place to live.

If your looking for a nice place to stay at Northbrooke is an excellent place! Great staff. Come check them out, you'll love them!

I HAVE BEEN HERE OVER A YEAR AND MUST SAY THE STAFF IS AWESOME, NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH SAFETY. THE AMENITIES ARE WONDERFUL. VERY CLOSE TO MY JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO CALL HOME. They change the people that work in the office every other week, so you don’t know who to trust. Money hungry! Will get you out of your money regardless if your in the right or wrong! Every morning/day you step outside you smell WEED instead of fresh air! Vehicles get broken into they put flashing lights like sirens up but break ins still occur! Now they tow for the dumbest things that have NOTHING to do with the apartments! Can’t wait until my lease is up. SAVE YOUR MONEY & RUN!!!!!!!!

This apartment complex is getting one star because I cannot give them zero. While returning home one evening with my children (2 year old daughter and 4 year old son) we were held up at gunpoint by two men. It was a nightmare. My family is still emotionally recovering from that night. My Husband and I put ourselves on month to month rent after that as we searched for a new place to live. As we searched for a safer place to live, we were once again robbed, our window was smashed by the back door and our tv was stolen. I understand that these things can happen, I understand that the apartment complex did not directly rob us but what happened next is 100 percent on them. They are now trying to claim that we owe them THOUSANDS of dollars after we moved away because we did not give them 30 days notice to move. We were not called once before collections were alerted and received no mail. They were fully aware of our situation and what had happened to us. Not only is this place not safe to live but it also completely lacks the smallest shred of basic decency. I'm disgusted.

I still have not lived ahy but if I have visited for weeks I live in Miami, I am looking for apt ahy, in this property, I like the cleaning of all its areas, the appt are very comfortable has everything and in very good condition, it is a very quiet place that I like ahy and a family member live for that reason I am looking for accommodation is the perfect place has everything serca I recommend greetings

I went and visited this property, it was really nice and clean and the floor plan is big, I love the fact that they come with washer and dryer. The office staff was very nice and very helpful. Regina showed me around the property and answered all my questions. I read the reviews and honestly don't agree. They are very nice and fun.

Poor communication, rude, and no sympathy for their residents. Please bring back tara and the other manager.

I'm loving the new staff and what they are doing for the apartment they really are making me feel welcome and keep me interested on renewing I just recently upgraded to a bigger apartment and it was worth it with the help of of the office management team keep up the good work I would highly recommend to move here

I have been a resident for going on three years and have gone through three managers. I can say with confidence that the last 5 months have been the best during my time here. They have made major improvements to the property, including vastly improving the overall security for the residents. They have installed speed-bumps, which give residents with children peace of mind. The new managers are firm yet respectful of the residents and willing to work with us. They have repaired and improved the gates which has cut down on parking-lot incidents. I look forward to what the future brings with the new owners and management team. I would recommend becoming a resident if you are looking for a quiet place to live.

I love my current apartment. The design is great. Family friendly, pet friendly, security. It's very affordable compared to others.

I have lived here for almost five years. Northbrooke is very quiet and management is very friendly. They don't just treat you like a tenant. Leasing agent, Tara is extremely knowledgable of tenant rights and what's going on with the property. The only negative things I can really see is that the apartment is a huge property but the pool is so small. It looks like a big jacuzzi. Parking isn't good at all so I had to pay for reserved parking so I could be sure I had a parking space. But the property stays neat and clean. So if you want a nice, quiet, peaceful property, I think Northbrooke would be a nice property to consider.

This is q great place to live the staff is very nice and professional I might add. the keep the grounds very clean, good security the pool is great lounge chairs bamboo over head to keep some of the sun off of you, and it has a beautiful landscap. It also has a volley ball area, B.B.-Q area, even a mini golf, exercise room, and if you like to walk it has an walking area. It's in a good area right down the street from any bussiness you want to shop at from cell phone stores to furniture, restaurants, clotheing,csr wash, any business you want, and the bus line. This complex is great if you want a nice place for a reasonable price. The staff however is terrible! I almost didn't get to move in on my move in date because they failed to notify me that they were closing early that day. Luckily, maintenance was there and helped me to get in touch with someone. Although I was able to move in, the unit was not ready. The carpet was wet, blinds weren't replaced, and the covers on switches and outlets were removed where they had just painted. The air conditioner was not working properly, and the water pressure is extremely low. The cover on the fan over the stove is also missing. After 3 weeks of having moved in , they still haven't replaced the blinds, the cover on the stove fan, and the water pressure issue is still pending. This unit should not have been leased this way. I am happy with how it looks, and the location, but this is ridiculous.
