Property Ratings at Nottingham Green Apartments
The entire office staff is devoid of customer service skills. They have no interest in being helpful and have no concern for residents. If you want to be treated with disrespect, this is the place for you. Absolutely terrible.
And eveytime i go in the office for anything such as paying bills, helping another resident, i get an attitude with the manager and the co manager, they can be rude and nasty. The only one really nice and helpful there is Barbara. She is always nice, kind, patient and always careful. Other than that the apt complex, residents, and workers are ok. You get what you pay for. Cant wait to save up enough to leave here.
I've lived here for a year and a half. The kitchen and bathroom are outdated. The is only one way in/out of the complex which I feel is a safety hazard. There is a large immigrant population which isn't necessarily a problem for some Parking is extremely narrow and sometimes difficult or impossible to do so. Neighbors can be loud due to the thin walls. Hallways between apartments can be very smelly. I haven't seen or spoke to anyone who has witnessed any type of renovations made to the apartments in the complex. Dish washers are not included. For the price you get what you pay for
