Settled in 1847 and named for Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Milwaukie combines art, history, and nature with a fun and funky attitude. Very Welcoming, Great place to live. -Daniel
Nice quiet area, vastly different compared to the last place I lived. Mini was great with my transition into moving in, was flexible, making sure that everything with the move in went well. As well as all the neighbors are very friendly.

Safe, convenient, friendly, quiet, remodeled, EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT TEAM MINI OUR RESIDENT MANAGER AND DON OUR MAINTENANCE MANGER! If you ever run in to any problems they are there for you!!!!........................................................... Absolutely NO DRAMA! Neighbors watch out for each other. They hold a yearly garage sale for all tenants! and a yearly BBQ provided by Mini and Don with a DJ too! Heated Swimming pool, kinda wish it was open year round.
