If I could give it zero stars I would! There was crime all around, including a man attempting to break into my apartment during the day. Management did nothing about it. Water would turn off without notice. I lost A/C power in the summer and it took constant calls for 3 weeks for them to do something about it. Always having to check our rent bill as they would charge incorrectly. Mold was growing in the shower, as they just painted over the mold on the tile when we first moved in. Cockroaches would appear all the time. Don't move here!
There are good people that live here that deserve a better life. Apt is falling apart and the management is rude. They need new managers
Poor management- bad facilities that they don’t fix. High crime
The management sucks, super rude then when you get rude back they get offended. I have got to the point where I don't even deal with the office I have my mom who doesn't live with me deal with them. Paying rent is horrible you cant even pay a few day early it's either on the day or next day after if not you get late fees. The apartment complex added multiple fees to the rent that shouldn't of been added and they refuse to reimburse. I was charged 3 times for a key change bc someone had my key and kept unlocking my door at night. They only changed the lock once. Cars get broken into, stolen, and left on bricks. Horrible apartments worst complex I have lived in. I wish there was a waa at to get out of my lease sooner.
Location is kept unkept. Water turns off without notice. Office closed most of the time.
This place has been switched from company to company. Bugs in the apartment despite cleaning up. Also got charged late fees for an ENTIRE MONTH. I got the confirmation email, and found out a month later that they didn't get the payment. No notice, no contact. Same thing happened to a neighbor. Water is constantly shut off, once even went to shower in the morning only to find a note placed on my door THAT MORNING that the water would be shut off. Now at a better place where the staff cares.
Nice layout with a good price. Maintenance is friendly and timely. The only problem I have is that this place has bugs... Summer means mosquitoes and gnats that drive me nuts.
The staff is helpful and understanding. Maintenance is on point. Complex is near the 14 bus route. There is foot traffic and they are increasing security measures. However the complex is quiet at night.
It has been great living here! I’ve had no problems here things have always been fixed in a timely manner! The rent is very reasonable and the office staff is very friendly. This is definitely a place I would recommend to family and friends!
We have lived here almost a year now. Have had no problems with the office staff or the maintence. They have been very helpful and have extended our stay another year. Yes I would recommend.
Huge walking closets! I have a two bedroom two bath floorplan and love the warm brick fireplace and that the bedrooms are on opposite sides, great for room mates.
I have been at OakRidge for several months now and love my place. I get compliments from everyone who comes over. My place has a great view and instead of a fireplace it has a dry bar. Fire place are useless 10 months out of the year in Texas. This little twist in floor plan is spectacular. My showers are hot and my A/C is cold. I have washer & dryer connections in my apartment and a huge patio. The balcony has a great view and is accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room. The complex is located right across the street from a local watering hole, just down the street from HEB and within walking distance to McDonald's and Taco Bell. You barely have to drive if you don't want to. The staff at OakRidge are nice and have been very attentive to my requests. I love it here.
One thing I can’t deny is the outstanding assistant I’ve received from the staff from applying to actually residing. The apartment is awesome and the location is astonishing. I get where I need to go pretty swiftly and that’s definitely one thing I do like about the location!

I have been living here for 5 months now and I have no complaints. I had a few minor things that needed maintenance attention and I received a quick response from maintenance. Office personnel are friendly and helpful, specially when dealing with Ms. Taeshan. Friendly and safe living environment. Highly recommended.
These apartments are horrible, the apartment my friend and I moved into is nothing but one problem or another, when we first moved in, the heater didn't work, the washer dryer wouldn't even fit in the area they were designated for, one of our windows was broken, the master bedroom ceiling fan was stuck on high, the sink in the master bedrooms sink it's handles came off, the paint on the walls look like it was slathered on, I STILL haven't gotten a mailbox key and I moved in in December, the blinds in the living room were broken, there's water damage on the kitchen cabnits, they won't fix it until it's "necessary because it would be too expensive" the kitchen counter has patchs of missing paint, the washer/dryer vent was plugged, our ac/heater wasn't working when we first moved in, the guy wasn't even liscenced to work on it and it shorted out, now just today the AC is blowing hot air.....this place doesn't care they just want you to move in so they get money, the maintenance guys are rude and condescending, the office staff are nice but they tell you they will do stuff for you but never do, like the mailbox key
Terrible place to live. Trash overflowing, bins full and they tell us not to put our trash outside the bins!?! Never ending leaks of all types and maintenance orders are ignored. Huge rent increases every year while giving us even less in return. The mailroom mailboxes were broken into over 2 years ago and this has continued and nothing has been done with some folks have to get their mail at the postoffce. However, tons of money is being spent on painting and complete redo of the offices............how about the tenants???

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that these issues can be frustrating and disruptive to your daily routine. Trash is usually collected on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday between the hours of 7a.m. and 11a.m. We had a sudden surge in new move-ins which might have been a contributing factor to the temporary overflow. The mailboxes have been under renovation and are now functional. It is recommended that residents report a broken mailbox to the leasing office and pick up their mail from the office while their mailbox is being repaired. We are constantly working to improve the comfort of your home and community. We're very excited by the nearly completed Clubhouse and Ftness Center renovations that we hope you take full advantage of. We apologize for the inconvenience and we thank you for your valued residency.
Betty has been very helpful and efficient in quickly resolving my maintenance issue.
I have had 8 leaks in the 7 months I've been trapped here. I tried asking to move to a different unit without leaks and was told I'd have to pay $300 to transfer and it would show negatively on my credit. I've had termites and cockroaches. The first leak I had to remind them for two weeks to come patch up the hole in the ceiling which was a really poorly done job. I've stopped reminding them to patch up the holes and have three with trash bags stapled to the ceiling. If you don't call after hours to put in a maintenance request and get a confirmation number it won't be put in by the ladies at the front desk. This has been a truly awful experience. I can't be gone longer than a day in fear I'll come back to all my things ruined. Please, make sure you ask the right questions before moving in.

The office staff are very nice and helpful. The apartments themselves are a decent size and price. Maintainence crew is on site everyday, however, due to the buildings being on the older side, they do have their work cut out for them. The pool and property layout are convenient with everything being a short walk away from any given point. They have options available to help in the event you have a problem with making the rent in full, on time. They would rather help find an alternative option than to evict you. All in all, I am satisfied with my experience with therm.
