Told me I would be paying one price for rent, then the lease had a higher price. Signed trusting them, what a mistake. After signing, I pointed out the issue and was promptly met with threats of legal action. Shady business practices. Read, reread, and have someone look over the leases because there are a number of shady terms. Also, be careful, you might have to fight in order to get into your room at the beginning of your lease term.

Had no problem with apartment itself and location was ideal for my daughter. The problem I had was when her lease was up and she moved out, One Easton made an error and billed her for another month beyond her lease long after she was gone without her knowledge. Now they have sent bill to collection agency, after they admitted it was an error on their part! Multiple phone calls to them with the promise to remove the error and still no change. Debt company is harassing us for One Easton’s mistake! If anyone rents from them, make sure you have copies of everything, it will come in handy!

I’m relocating for a new job opportunity and even BREAKING MY LEASE WAS EASY. Cindy and her co-captain Chrissy, and there minions of staff (the good ones) make it enjoyable and easy to live here. The maintenace guys are cool and handle your problems without huffing and puffing. get paired with a cool roommate and your year is sure to be a breeze here! honestly cant understand what the negative reviews are... this place was awesome. Don't rent here. The management are so dishonest and cheap. I got this email on Cyber Monday saying they are running a special that they will waive your application fee if you sign the lease before midnight that day. I called the office to ask about how it works. The staff said I will still pay the fee first but it will be credited back to my first month rent. So I happily signed my lease and made my payment. ONE day later the management changed their game and said I am not eligible because I submitted my application earlier when it should also be done on that Cyber Monday. Although they claim to record all phone calls with the residents, the call with me was missing. I sent them screenshot of that call record but I did not record it and cannot prove myself. They took advantage of that and said the call didn't exist. I have no way to hold them accountable of what they promised and this is just disgusting and cheap. I was really happy about the property and excited to move in even without the discount. With this ugly scene, I will make sure to write a comment everywhere and let people know they are not trustworthy.

Signing a lease with one easton was a horrible mistake. Management SUCKS, you need written documentation of all communications with the office. They will deny that they ever did anything wrong! I spoke with management multiple times prior to moving in, because they failed to follow up with me and the issues with my lease document. Then 3 months later, they try to evict you for charges on your account that should have been deleted 3 months ago. I spoke with the management on multiple occasions about these charges and they assured me that they would be taken off, but of course nothing happened until I called yelling at the management. Neighbors are extremely loud and we you contact the office for the noise complaint management does nothing. In fact on multiple occasions I watched them walk out of the noisy apartments with solo cups in hand. Also on some floors, maintenance does not clean properly. There are tons of stains on the walls and carpets in the hallways. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT LEASE WITH ONE EASTON!

There a hidden fees everywhere. Do not challenge the staff or management about them though, they will never admit any fault and provide you with horrible service for the rest of your stay.
what a suck apartment! The office employee look like the god, and their service are so so so bad! Actually, what they most like to do is to fine residents to earn money. if u live here, u will be fined for kinds of reasons. and the fine is extramely high and it is never ever shown on contract. All of they do look like illegal. They just take advantage of residents!
This place is ideal for young professionals/recent graduates. Yes it is pricier, but you are getting top of the line stuff.

Price advertised is per bed, not per apartment. If you don't apply with a roommate, they can randomly assign you one without notice.
