I’ve lived here for two years. The rent is increasing again and it’s absolutely not worth it. The place is ok, I’ve had issues with doors falling off hinges and the bathroom door no longer closes unless you push very hard, closet doors fell off and don’t close right. Nothing was treated badly things just gave out over time. The plumbing is HORRIBLE. Many many times we couldn’t use our own bathroom and had to SNAKE IT OURSELVES and got obviously disgusting toilet water all over the place, that’s my biggest issue. As a woman I obviously don’t want to go to the gas station just to use the bathroom. A towel rack fell off the wall all of these things we asked to be fixed and never happened. The place is very small and closed off we’re mivinf to an open concept house. The place can be made cute and the landlord isn’t bad at all but I wish I got the apartment I was first looking at. Especially with the rent increasing every year we’ve been here, no longer worth it at all.
OSAGE ESTATES IS LOCATED CLOSE TO HWY 44/SHOPPING/IT IS CLEAN AFFORDABLE IT IS WELL KEPT UP/EASY TO GET TO/MINUTES FROM SIX FLAGS/EUREKA MO./IT IS LOCATED IN A QUIET AREA OF TOWN AND MANY ATTRACTIONS CLOSE TO HOME. IT IS SAFE/CLEAN/ CLOSE TO CHURCHES AND MANY OTHER OPTIONS TOO

THIS APARTMENT BUILDING IS LOCATED CLOSE TO SHOPPING AND HIGHWAY. IT IS A REASONABLE PRICE AND THE APARTMENT COMPLEX IS KEPT CLEAN AND IT INCLUDE TRASH AND WATER. IT IS LOCATED IN A SAFE AREA WHERE A LOT OF FUN ACTIVIES ARE IN THE AREA FOR FAMILIES. IT IS COMPLETELY TAKEN CAFE OF BY THE STAFF MEMBERS.BUG AND RODENT FREE AND ALL ELECTRIC. MINUTES AWAY FROM SIX FLAGS/CAMP GROUNDS AND MANY PARKS. ONE, TWO AND THREE BEDROOM APARTMENTS.
