Property Ratings at Oyster Point Place
First off they are unprofessional, they don’t make eye contact with you for starters , you can tell they aren’t really interested in you especially if your not their kind. Both girls in office are rude , one to your left is clueless as hell she never knows anything . The one to your right named Andreah is unorganized, unprofessional, & a liar ! The so called manager is never there to be contacted! Before giving them your money order make sure they let you sign the lease first or have your keys ! Oh and if you complain to much they will ignore your phone calls . Waste of time and money ! I wish the other lady was there still because the two new girls are horrible and don’t deserve the job .!
If you dont mind roaches, dirty hallways and outdoors, uncaring management, no show maintenance and the new management there’s two ladies that doesn’t help in anything, I have complaint with lots of things in the apartment and they haven’t done anything, the other lady that was there she was very nice and humble, but the new ones they don’t care at all, If I could give a cero I would do it. BAD SERVICE.
The new office staff is amazing and extremely professional, they have been nothing but helpful. The property as a whole has changed as well as the quality of residents, it is definitely more family oriented, you can see kids playing outside every day and the new management company has made a lot of new improvements to the property. I couldn’t be happier being apart of this community.
I lived there a year and a half in 2014; bed bugs and cockroaches from day 1: dosens of complaints about it and they did nothing. Water heater went out and it took maintenance MORE THAN A WEEK to come over and fix it. Same thing with the air conditioning. On site washers/dryers often ate quarters, worked MAYBE half the time and management refused to refund tenants. Management also did nothing about noisy neighbors and cops were called several times for fights in the parking lot and shootings. You couldn't even get food delivered to the complex after dark because the complex has been flagged as a danger zone to delivery drivers. They tried to charge me for damages when i moved out of the apartment that were there before I moved in. Management is also very bad at keeping appointments.
The new management at oyster point place apartments are very professional and have met all necessary needs for my apartment. The community is in a nice location nearby a lot of places including shops, museums and restaurants.
I've been living at opp for a few months now. At first i was scared to move here, but when i had a walk through with Nichole i felt safer and more reassured that i would love living here. I feel safer now that the police patrol here. Thanks oyster point place for giving me a safe place to live
I've been here a little over a year & since I signed my new lease I've seen roaches come out of everywhere. I don't have a problem with anything else but that. It's @ the point where I'm trying to figure out how to get out of my lease & move. Don't come here.
If you dont mind roaches, dirty hallways and outdoors, uncaring management, no show maintenance and slummy living conditions, this is the place for you. Take my advice, once they've added in the water fee (yes, this is one of very few apartments that do not include water in your rent) you'd come out cheaper with another apartment community such as Maple Point Apartments (clean and all utilities included). Gave one star because I had to in order to post this review.

It's ok. The rent office really only care about getting your money they don't really care about keeping the residents happy, you do have to keep coming back and even get loud with the rent office just to get maintenance to your apt to fix stuff. They say no aggressive breads alone yet in the morning you see a lot of pitbull being walk (however the owners do have control of them). I gave this place 3 stars because the pool is nice and rent is affordable.
The model is not what our apartment looked like. We moved from another state into a dirty, smelly apartment. It took at least 3 weeks to have our carpet cleaned. I only gave 1 star because I can't leave it blank.
I've lived here for 6 months and i still haven't seen maintenance come and fix my kitchen and cover my water boiler in the kitchen. Also the paint on my roof is peeling i have made numerous complaints to management. We have new office manager but i still haven't heard anything i would not recommend living here to anyone unless u really desperate.
Roaches , not up to pare. With a child we need better living conditions .
