About Pamela Drive Apartments

Your new home is waiting for you at 225 Pamela Drive in Mountain View. Our spacious studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments are ideally located adjacent to the Grant Road Shopping Center and West of El Camino Real in the Cuesta Park neighborhood. We are also located almost exactly between the headquarters of Alphabet and Apple. Our apartments rent for $2,795 (Studio), $2,995 (1BR/1BA) and $3,795 (2BR/2BA) per month and up depending upon the unit amenities. We have a few furnished units, some units with washer/dryers in the unit, and some units with private fenced yards. A one month security deposit is required. Your select pet is welcome as well. We offer 12 month leases, and sometimes more flexible options as well. These units feature generous over-sized closets, new flooring, new appliances, double pane windows and sliding glass doors that open to your large private patios, balconies or yards. Each unit comes with an assigned covered parking space, a storage space, and we have excess parking available. Some utilities are included. This community features a serene courtyard with mature landscaping, a sparkling seasonally heated pool for your enjoyment and exercise, a laundry care center, a bicycle maintenance and storage area, and our own quaint dog park. We are professionally managed, have 24 hour on-call maintenance and a manager that lives on-site. Our community is centrally located near El Camino, Highway 85 and State Route 237. We about a 12 minute walk from downtown Mountain View and adjacent to dry cleaning, groceries, coffee, bagels, a fitness center, a pharmacy, restaurants and many more of your daily shopping needs. It is a short commute to the headquarters of either Apple (5.8 miles) or Alphabet (4 miles). Bicyclists will enjoy the proximity to the Stevens Creek Trail. Our school district features excellent local schools: Benjamin Bubb Elementary (Niche school rating:- A-) Graham Middle School (Niche school rating: A-), and Mountain View High School (Niche school rating: A). Management was very accommodating of our complicated leasing requests and of our two pets during our short stay. Communication with management was a bit difficult, but both the owner and the manager were nicer than most we had dealt with before. Paying rent online was convenient, but while the totals added up correctly, specific amounts for our prorated rent and fees were not as listed in our lease, which led to a few clarifying phone calls to sort out. The area is nice, location is very convenient, and the landscaping itself is kept immaculate. We didn't notice much activity or noise in the complex during our stay, but the parking lot was consistently half empty. The unit itself showed some age, but everything worked properly, and they were very spacious. Upon move-out, our walkthrough was easy to schedule, and we were only charged a base cleaning fee. Our deposit was returned promptly to our new address. Definitely do not regret spending 3 months here!
