I had an amazing move-in experience with Devin! The process was smooth, and he was incredibly helpful and professional. The complex itself is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and quiet. I highly recommend this place to anyone of any age looking for a comfortable and welcoming community.
So far so good, we need better lighting in breezeway. Car wash area needs to be fixed to enjoy using. Gate need to be fixed since we have one for everyone's safety.
its nice and comfortable I like it the neighbors are all okay no one bothers each other and yeah the office staff is awesome. I would love for others to come and take a visit around the complex

I love living here, very quiet, no noise, people are polite, animals don't bother the neighbors.I really enjoy the building and the apartment.
So far so good. Had a little issues at first but they quick to handle it., love the area I’m in and I’m closer to the entrances. My dog like it as well
It’s a quiet neighborhood but there’s a pest problem. And the mosquitos that are in the halls are constantly coming into the apartment. There was a few rats I’ve seen in the breezeways too. I let the leasing office know but no one ever got back to me. And there’s a homeless problem as well. They are always lurking in the corners and in the parking lots.
I love our maintenacce crew. Anytime I have an issue or concern in my apartment, they have ALWAYS fixed the issue within 24 hours. I have never experience this before.
I love it here and i will be renewing my lease as well the management is amazing and my neighbors are amazing as well i would definitely tell my friends and family members about this amazing establishment.

Good service, affordable, quiet, safe space for family, very quick when it comes to fixing things and taking out the trash very good apartment complex.
My experience has been amazing, I think that my stay will be a great one. I will recommend Riverside Parc to my family and friends. The staff is always professional and friendly.
Been here almost a year. Parking is bad. Some neighbors are nasty. The apartment is self is ok. The grounds around the building is nasty. The rent is a little high for the area.
It’s very nice safe and clean! Id suggest this complex to everyone I know in need of a new place to live at. The leasing office team is great ????

The apartments are very nasty now I can’t wait until my lease is up so I can move. I had been complaining for a year about the noise that I was hearing in the apartment come to find out it was full of raccoons that not good I hate living here now

Community is nice, clean and quiet. Maintenance staff is punctual and efficient. Property staff is professional and courteous. Police presence daily/nightly for increased protection along with working gates.

Overall I haven’t had any issues since moving in. The process was easy and the team was very helpful. The apartment complex is clean and quiet. Can’t remember the guys name. That helped us but he was very nice.

I love the area, however they go up on the rent every year and they don’t make any changes in the apartment… and now they are building up other apartments near by. Considering moving rent is a little more however apartments next door are brand new

I love it here so far, the leasing office is very helpful anytime I call about something wrong they are automatically on it trying to fix so I love that. The community is quite and peaceful.
I've been living here since 2016....I love my home.....nice, quiet and clean....staff is AWESOME...they have wonderful treats for the residents..
i love living here quiet clean and everyone stays to there self i just love the staff also. The trash valet and also the layouts. i mean u always got that one person in the building who just does the most but...love it out here i think i made a great choice.
Close to job and quiet. I love the trash pickup. Park for kids. Always a parking spot. Maintenance gets the job done on a timely basis. The front office always in good spirit
It was an easy application process. Also signed the lease online was very helpful. The leasing agents were nice and knowledgeable. I like the key fob acces to the front gate.

The apartments are not the same from when I first moved in. They have roaches in the units and you don’t find out until a week after you’re here. They don’t clean the hallways anymore and there are raccoons in the hallways at night
Devin made my moving so smooth and Tieunna was angel ?? overall everything was blessing and I can’t wait to move in and decorate it’s nice and quiet over there and it’s around everything

It's ok to live here. Been here going on six years. Never had no serious problem except for my a.c unit. The grounds are normally kept clean.

Resident experience has been pleasant. Staff is easy to contact and maintenance requests are solved with ease. Property is quiet for the most part and events are offered to build community.
Really nice place to live. It's quiet, location is decent, and for the price, can't beat living here. We also enjoy going to the events the staff throws for the community.
I have lived here since February of last year and have been contacting the leasing office since regarding several issues like maintenance, noise complaints and other issues like BUGS!!!After months of attempts nun of these issues where being resolved (resulting in me having to contact the police at least a couple times a week) except maintenance, until October. When I got my rent and utility bills from the leasing office the utility bills were three times the usual rate. I was told this was because of a broken meter. After on site maintenance came out and confirmed, weeks after I made them aware of the outrages bills. I have tried reaching out to the office staff( who now is now rude to me about making inquiries about the issue), I have tried reaching out to the regional manager Stephanie( who answered once in two month and said she would get back with information but I haven’t heard a thing) , and even maintenance since then to get an update on when it will be fixed. And to also see when will I be refunded from over paying now going on 3 months. But I have gotten nowhere. As a new stay at home mom in times like these I may not be able to afford our living because of this. -update 1/20 I received my utility bills this month and it seems to be corrected. However I still have no update about my refund for overpayment for the past and the meter has not been fixed 2/7 My meter was finally fixed! However the in office supervisor has informed me that she doesn’t know when I will be refunded. Also this month I had an additional $100 charge for “Renters Insurance” and I have paid renters insurance every month for the past year so I don’t know what this is about. I was also attacked by who I believe is Anglea Turner the last time I went in the office to inquire about the situation and I had my six month old baby with me. There is also now mold growing in the apartment among the other issue, BUGS AND NOISE, that has not been fixed. 2/8 They sent maintenance out to wipe off mold however I see it regrowing already. Then I had to recontact them regarding the “Renters insurance” charge because like always they never reach out. So then Shelly Oglesby reach out and said that they would correct it if I submitted proof so I did and after going back and fourth through email she stated that she she needed specific dates and it was clear on the notice that I requested that day ( Ill provided a photo below) but has not corrected their mistake.
I have been a resident for almost 3 years now and have received exceptional services from my landlord. I don’t have any maintenance issues. My apartment still looks as if I just moved in. Thank you.
I just moved in and I love it here. During the application process the staff was amazing. The apartment complex is very clean and quite. My apartment was in excellent condition when I moved in.
I'm not satisfied with the conditions of the buildings, they are always dirty with trash up and down the steps. Previous employees in the office were very unprofessional, my building smelled like weed the first year and a half living here.
This was by far the best apartment visit I have been on this month. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile by Chantel and Shade swiftly took over answering all my questions. Showing two show rooms and an available unit, my choice was easy to make at this property. The staff was very knowledgeable on the property and processed my information in a reasonable time. I’d highly recommend this property. Ask for Shade to say Yes To The Andress!
The apartments look amazing! Sade was an amazing guide. She gave me all the details and information that I needed. I’m definitely going to apply here. If possible, she definitely needs to be bumped up definitely.
If I could give give Tenisha and Shantel 10 stars I would. Tenisha was amazing, super sweet and knowledgeable about the units and area. The tour was amazing. Everything was super clean and I’m sooo ready to call this place my new home
I've been living here for almost 3 years. New management just took over and they're a lot of changes. New paint job, new gym equipment, etc. Access to Camp Creek Marketplace and 20 minutes from Midtown. I love the location, but I loved our old management team, but I'll give the new team a chance.
MY CURRENT APARTMENTS ARE SO BEAUTIFUL. THEY ARE MAKING MODIFICATIONS TO ENHANCE THE COMPLEX. WE HAVE A FITNESS CENTER,POOL, SPACIOUS LIVING AREAS, WALK IN CLOSETS, CEILING FANS, AND A CLUB HOUSE ALREADY. NOW THEY ARE CURRENTLY ADDING GARAGES, MORE GYM EQUIPMENT, MORE PARKING SPACE AND MORE.
