If you are looking for a bustling shopping and business district in the Atlanta area, then the Perimeter Center neighborhood is the spot for you. Anchored by Perimeter Mall, Perimeter Center is one of metro Atlanta’s largest commercial districts.
Perimeter Center straddles the Perimeter itself, a boundary outlined by Interstate 285 that separates Atlanta from the suburbs. Although a portion of Perimeter Center is considered a part of Atlanta, the area is also comprised of Brookhaven, Dunwoody, and Sandy Springs, some of the city’s most popular suburbs. An abundance of shopping centers and restaurants surround Perimeter Mall, so residents have easy access to plenty of amenities.
High rises filled with offices of major companies like UPS and three major hospitals — Saint Joseph’s, Northside, and Children’s at Scottish Rite — are in Perimeter Center as well.

I do not recommend renting in this community due to the lack of communication, resolution and help from the leasing office. The moment you have an issue at the apartment, they turn their backs on you. We had many issues and we have only been living here for a few months.

We're sorry that you had such a disappointing experience in our community. Our team understands your frustrations. When convenient, please drop by our office so we can address your concerns directly and work towards improving your experience.
I lived here for a year and enjoyed my stay for the most part. There were small issues that you encounter at most apartments, but the maintenance staff are generally helpful and quick to respond. I recently moved out and found the process to be a bit tedious. I am less than pleased with the move out as I was charged 200 dollars for damages which were listed as repairs to “Wall Damage”. Obviously confused, as I had never damaged the walls I inquired as to why I was charged and was-met with a less than helpful attitude from the office manager who acted as if I was bothering her when asked why I was being charged and hung up on me before sending the invoice. I eventually found out that the wall damage in question was retouching the apartment paint which only had expected wear and tear. I have lived in 3 apartments over the last couple of years and have never been charged for damages related to touching up paint. I find this practice to be quite unprofessional.

I having living in this community for 3 years. I am moving out now and terminate my lease early. I paid one month rental for termination fee and lost $500 deposit. I am okay with it, because this policy was included in the lease contract. But when we asked leasing office to do inspection of the apartment, the manager refused to stop by and we have been told we need to paint the walls and recover everything back to the never rented condition. Which doesn't make sense to me. We fill the holes we make, we clean up the place, but we need to paint walls? My place is before remodeled, they will remodel it after we move out. But they still require so many things which is not required by any other apartment. If you are a handy man and would like to do cleaning, filling, painting. Parc at perimeter is the place for you. Otherwise, keep away from this place.

For the most part it’s a nice property. I like the area but you can hear your neighbors opening a drawer, coughing, TV, anything. I genuinely cannot stand it.

This community is not safe. Stay away from this community if you could. The management treat their residents as pigs. I have been living here for several years. The mailbox had lots of break in, and I lost two credit cards, one $450 gift card, one check from bank. The break-in might be related to always opened gate. I don't know why they kept the gate opened and lots of people out of the community using the swimming pool. About 2 month ago, the leasing office asked the residents picking up their mails at USPS local store. And the clerk in that store were really careless about our mails. Most of important documents of mine were lost. When I asked then when they can get the mail box fixed, they said no timeline, probably 6 months. They claimed this community is Luxury. Okay, even slum can get their bills on time, but we don't.

We moved into a first story apartment in January of this year after recently moving to Atlanta. The area the apartment is in wonderful, very walkable, minutes from so many different great places - restaurants, stores, etc. Not to mention pretty competitive rent for the area. However, our upstairs neighbors are the heaviest walkers on planet earth and their constant stomping keeps us up at night to the point that I’m writing this from a hotel room because we needed a break from our home. They constantly walk around their apartment in what I have to assume are lead boots throughout the night (not stopping until about 4 this morning). The shoddy construction of the buildings means that every step they take reverberates throughout our ceiling. I can not recommend this place to any but the deepest of sleepers, or if you must rent here, ask for a top floor unit or hope that your neighbors have hobbies that involve sitting down sometimes.
We have lived at Parc at Perimeter for a few months now, and the experiences has been one of a kind. The compassion and care we receive from the office staff and the maintenance staff is phenomenal. I would recommend any of my friends and family to live here.
This property is run by the least competent and least professional management and staff we have ever endured. Even the simplest tasks become a nightmare with them. They are incredibly disorganized and if they (inevitably) lose track of something, they expect the residents to bend over backwards to make up for it. Management only cares about their agenda and not about your living experience. I could go on and on, but the point is that this place is not worth your time (or money).
UPDATE!!!! Surprise, surprise! Now that it's nice enough to actually use the pool it is closed "to be inspected by the city." My boyfriend and I were up by the pool a few days ago and saw how filthy and disgusting it was. NO WONDER it can't pass an inspection. Leaves, dirt, and debris floating all around the pool. This property DOES NOT CARE about taking care of the amenities it advertises on their website. Fitness equipment is always broken, they do not respond to maintenance requests in a timely fashion. This place is an absolute joke. DO NOT LIVE HERE. This place is awful!!! My boyfriend lives here - he put in a maintenance request earlier this week because his stove is completely unusable. Five days later it STILL hasn’t been fixed. To top it all off, smoke detector is beeping. When he called at noon they said it would be fixed. He got home at 530 and it was NOT fixed and the office personnel told him the maintenance people had already left for the day. He calls back again at 5:50 to speak to someone else about the issue and they left him on hold until the office closed at 6. At 6pm he heard someone pick up the phone and HANG IT UP!! What if there’s a fire tonight in his apartment because his stove is shorting out and his SMOKE DETECTOR ISNT WORKING!! DO NOT LIVE HERE. Management is the worst.
Unprofessional management team. Especially NICHOLE, who has no idea how to deal with customers.
