Property Ratings at Park at Fort Gillem
I lived at Park at Fort Gillem for nearly three years. was at a transitional period of my life and it was a safe haven for me. For it to so affordable, I expected there to be a certain kind of crowd there, but that was not true. I never had a bad experience living there. Anytime I had an issue it was addressed very quickly. I really appreciate my time there because it was a safe place for me and my small child. There are mainly elderly and a few family there. I never experienced lewdness, loud noise, violence or anything like that. It is a nice quiet community with very friendly neighbors. I now have a house in another community but I recommend this place and it is also safe for younger women like me, if skeptical. Blessings!
I have been back and fourth living here for about 5 years. The price is very affordable but the apartments are very old. A lot of renovation needs to be done but for 475 and a 2 bedroom town house I can't complain
