Property Ratings at Park East Apartments
The apartments are decent-clean and enough room. They have a dishwasher and laundry facilities. Only real issue was getting deposit back. They said it was dirty but the only thing left not in good condition was the floors were not mopped and carrpet needed to be vacuumed and shampooed because we lived there 2 1/2 years. Got charged for the broken mortar on the outside of the building. Parts of it were broke off when we moved in and we did not break off any mortar. They took almost my whole deposit for the repairs for the mortar, which my boyfriend that does this for a living, told me can not be fixed anyway. Went back to the apartments to see if the mortar was fixed and nothing had changed. It looked the same as it did when we moved in. Charges for late rent, which only happened once due to hospitalization, are crazy ridiculous.
