Located in the northern part of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Hurst is a bustling suburb in the Mid-Cities region located 30 minutes from Dallas, 15 minutes from Fort Worth, and 20 minutes from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Access to these areas is made even easier thanks to Interstate 820, which runs through town. Along this interstate, North East Mall, one of the state’s largest malls, and surrounding retailers find their homes. Shopping isn’t just confined to this thoroughfare; plazas filled with all the essentials as well as great dining options are located in other parts of the city as well. Take a break from shopping and go to one of the many parks and recreation facilities in town; indoor skydiving, Hurst Athletic Complex, and Chisholm Park are just a few of the outdoor adventures in town. The other parts of Hurst are made up of residential avenues holding a variety of rental options.

Property Manager at Park Place, Responded To This Review
Hi there, we are happy to hear you had a positive experience at Park Place Apartments ! We value your input and thank you for letting us know about your experience with our community.
I moved here feeling as usual, this is just another older complex and I would move in to save some money to buy a house. Yes, the complex is older but I have never in my life seen such a well kept place, I mean ever. Landscape is beautiful, pool is always clean, NO bugs, believe it or not maintenance always comes the same week and it's fixed right, never had to call back. The manager is great, Sarah. Yes, she can be tough on people who are not following the rules but you can tell she really takes pride here and I have only had a minor issue one time and it was taken care of immediately. It's so quiet here I actually forget I have neighbors. Probably because a lot of seniors live here. Well going on 5 years I am still here and have no plans to move anytime soon. I feel safe here and Sarah usually will put out a letter if anything has been happening just to be on the lookout. I nor my neighbors have ever had any crime. Again, I just want to stress that this is probably Hurst's best keep secret. Feels like a community instead of just a complex where the staff changes all the time and no one seems to actually care. Love my huge floor plan with a w/d included. I won't be moving for several years unless I decide to buy a house. You won't be disappointed moving here. So glad I found this rare type complex.
There's this lady that drives around watching what everybody does. There's slightly any freedom here. Parking is horrible, people from other units park in other units parking making it hard to park near your own place. Wish I'd known. Never again!
My in laws lived here 29 years ago and since they loved it so much we thought we would get on a waiting list to move in there The complex is filled with mostly elderly people and it is very very quiet. The office staff is awesome. Sarah takes care of everything and its usually taken care of the same day. I have never had a bug issue either. The pool is always clean the landscape is always kept up and always looks nice. I love it here and I don't plan on moving out anytime soon!!
Park Place Apartments have been the best apartments I've ever lived in....going on 8 years. It's well kept, quiet and has a lot of long time residences, which says a lot. Everyone is really friendly and it's easy to get to know your neighbors. The office manager Sara is amazing! She is easy to talk to and very helpful. Work orders are done quickly and efficiently by George who lives on property as well. There may be newer apartments near by, but I feel at home here at Park Place and think it's better than any other apartments in the area.
