I had a few things that needed quick fixing and the maintenance guy came the same day and was kind and explained everything. He even showed me how to prevent the mishap from happening and showed me exactly what was wrong. He was super kind to my dog and he LOVES him every time he sees him in the hallway or outside. Alberto is a friendly wave in the morning with coffee in hand.

Park Place has been a terrific place to live for my brother and I for the past couple of years and we owe that all to Marina, Diana and Alberto. Marina was truly a pleasure to have as the manager of Park Place. If you ever have a problem or a question , Marina is the answer, as she takes care of everything so you have NOTHING to stress about. She is super responsive to all emails and will make sure to get back to you quickly no matter how you contact her. She is also one of the best apartment managers we have ever had and will go above and beyond for you daily. Alberto is another valuable member of the team and is as nice as can be. Alberto is very quick about answering all service calls and is an all-around great guy and a top-notch handy man. If you have you have a problem, HE WILL FIX IT! Diana is amazing as well and will help with whatever you may need. Diana is also as nice as could be and will always greet you with a big smile and a hello, adding to the great vibe of this building.

I have recommended to multiple people,who r moving and every decides not to move here bc of the tiny size of Poole, especially with the hot weather we've been having
If you're looking for a place based on location this will be the place. Olde town Arvada is a small, quaint, and growing place. With shopping close by and parks in every direction. The mountains are only a highway drive away. I've lived in olde town my entire life and there is no place like home.
