Not worth it
They never resolve maintenance issues like mold and bad plumbing. They raise the rent without updating/ replacing that needs to be fixed.

Parkview Village Apartments
This is a good complex for someone's first apartment. The rent is not outrageous for the area and the apartments are a good size with a large master bedroom along with a huge walk in closet & storage closets! Very close to Olde Town Arvada's many shops and restaurants and its blocks away from the upcoming gold line light rail! Also pet friendly and has a pool!
