The only thing is if next time I could get a 24 hour notice before maintenance comes. I happened to just get home in the morning and was there which was good. But for next time if I get a notice then I will make sure I am for sure there!

In spite of ridiculous rents Patagonia is in the less Unaffordable range. Also nice maintenance staff and kept neat.
