Property Ratings at Patio Gardens
This complex is the definition of the landlord special. Everything inside was painted over with a thick coat of paint and out dated. Airflow inside the units is horrible and there are no fans inside. Lighting is also terrible, just a single sconce on the wall to illuminate rooms. There is no security and packages are frequently stolen. Additionally there are no security cameras outside which is unfortunate because cars are frequently broken into or vandalized. For the cost (which rises significantly every year) this place is not worth it.
Welcoming apartment complex! Units are bright & spacious. What sold us is the large patio & ample storage space: enclosed 1 car garage, 3 storage closets. Just moved in & enjoy it! Love love, the area. Walking distance to grocery stores & shopping stores. Management is great: Christian & Emerson tackled the issue I had with the floorings. We had some scruffs on our floors & Emerson completely replaced it all in 48 hours. So far, it's going well here.

We appreciate your positive review about your recent experience with us! We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care! - Emerson Peña, Community Manager
My family and I were able to move in and get approved within 4 days of our first visit and initial deposit. Christian was able to explain everything for us and go over our application with detail. Emerson made sure our staying here would be above any other apartments standards we have had in the past. Within just a week and a half, Emerson made sure we had everything in our apartment, with a new A/C system, new floors, and fixed any deficnies we saw in our apartment in a fast timeline manner. Our move in process was so simple and this place is a great dog friendly area. Greatest customer service we have had at any other apartment! Best, Bradley N.

Have rented here for years the building is well maintain and the staff is always super helpful and friendly. The building is near by shopping and dinning you don't even need to drive if you just need light groceries. The community offers garages and laundry rooms plus is the only one in the area that has very nice landscaping. The trees help with the fresh air and to keep the sun away from your apartment. Nice patios and spacious super private and the best part is that they also have a door for your convenience to access your back door, and you do not need to go all the way around your building.
Property is located across from two shopping centers, is closed to Ralph's and Vons. The dinning experience well fast food is just in your fingertips. Pollo Loco, Panda Express, Hiccups, In & Out and much more. Super convenient to Schools and very quiet. Professional, Friendly, and Helpful staff.
I love all the trees in this complex. It is refreshing to come home to after being in an office all day. I really like the family and pet friendly atmosphere with the tenants and office staff. New owners and management are quick with repairs too. I really like it here and have recommended it to several people.
Patio Gardens perfect name the apartment I saw has a very beautiful patio and the property is full of blooming trees. The actual apartment very spacious and nice. What sold me most is the Manager he was very friendly, helpful and professional. Hope my roommates love it like I do.
best place quiet , management is friendly , I always recommend it to my friends
Very nice community. Very close to CSULB. Good school district and it is walking distance to Grocery stores like Vons and Ralphs and a lot of restaurants around. There is fast food places like Chipotle, Panda Express and In&Out at walking distance too.
Great location that is walking distance to many shops. The landscape is beautiful and the apartment is nice. The price is little high for a 2 bedroom 1 1/4 bath with no separate dining area. Having a garage is great and the patio is a nice addition. They don't have a no smoking rule and a lot of people in this apartment complex smoke.
This place is located in a nice area and the landscape is beautiful. The only problem is that every year when the lease is up, they raise the rent by $250 if you are willing to sign another year lease and by more than $1000 if you plan to do month to month. They don't give you the required 30 day notice either. The building and apartments are nice but the rent is a little steep for 2 bedrooms and 1 1/4 bath.
We are a family of three renting one of their 2 bedroom town homes. The space is nice and has a lot of room to live comfortably. It has a lot of nice finishes. The location is pretty great because you're close to everything you need in Long Beach. The maintenance man is always on top of things and addresses any issues in a timely manner. The only thing the apt could use is central air, but the master bedroom stays cold with the wall a/c. Having a garage is wonderful and helps to avoid the parking situation( meaning, not always finding parking) up on the front street. Overall a nice comfy place to call home.
