Property Ratings at Peachtree Place
Toilet leaks and doesn’t flush properly. Dirty water comes up the tub drain and maintenance is a joke. Don’t ever move there!!
Maintenance is a joke! Any eta given is a joke and if they say they’re gonna be back the next day it’s a lie. The AC has not worked since we moved in which was about a month ago and we’ve gotten no communication on what’s being done to fix it. The entire apartment feels un-level like you’re constantly walking up & down hills and the floor boards creak so bad and are so loud, I hate it for the person below us who has to hear it too. There’s been roaches in the apartment and we even found a dead rat, upon moving in like the apartment wasn’t cleaned at all. I’ll be working to buy out of my lease ASAP. This is ridiculous!!!
Don’t get sucked into what they sell you on. Professional 24 hr maintenance is a lie. Maintenance doesn’t respond in 24hours (AT ALL), they don’t wear mask in your apartment. They enter when nobody is home even after you specified in your maintenance request not to allow. Apartments are not that well maintained. Floorboards are creaky all over the apartment. Balcony sliding door comes of track and gets stuck(has happened more than twice) ,bedroom windows stuck or won’t stay up once pushed up, AC in units don’t get cold(really ridiculous I had to get a super speed fan, no ceiling lights in the bed rooms, countertop designs are peeling off, bathroom tubs are rusted, and my current problem is dealing with a fridge that hasn’t been freezing for 2 months now(I have made 4 maintenance request about it and nothing gets fixed. I start off rating this with 3 stars but now after writing I have realized it’s worse than that. They don’t update you or email you when new charges arrive . Only lived here for 3 months coming up on 4 months. Water & sewer were never billed to us the first two months now out of nowhere it’s billed . Leasing office very very unprofessional . Highly disappointed in my move to peach tree. They have falsely advertised it
Regarding the water leak from upstairs. The guys were awesome. The carpet cleaning guy is the best and a true asset. He was very thorough, professional, considerate, and took extra time to not only do the job correctly but meticulously. The whole service was outstanding and I just thought you should know. The maintenance guys kept me informed and were exceptional and efficient at troubleshooting and quickly resolving the issue. Great job.
I would highly recommend Peachtree Place Apartments!!!! I have resided here for almost two years and it is an extraordinary place to stay!! Jose', Robin, and Alex are an amazing staff that will go out of their way to make sure their residents are taken care of, has assisted me with issues and challenges I have dealt with, and given me a chance to have the ability to provide my son with a place to call home. I am truly grateful to be a part of the Peachtree place apartments community, and truly feel they deserve 10 stars. Thank you for everything!

Not worth the price. Maintenance crew is trash. I have been dealing with a leak from upstairs for months, now we have mold, and their solution is to KILZ it, and it keeps coming back. Living room leaked for 2 months before they fixed it. Witnessed 2 drive by shooting attempts since June 2016. No pool, clubhouse, laundry room. They are falsely advertising, and overcharging for services tenants don't have access to. Oh you can drive across to Harbison to use another complex, which is ALWAYS FULL. Glad my house is almost ready. Worst place I have ever lived.
This complex is horrible. I have been living here for years. We have gone through multiple owners/management companies. The current one does not care about their residents. We have not had on site laundry for over a year. All the the "Extras" are not true. NO progress has happened since it burned down.... I will leave my thoughts on that along. The worst part just happened. When you get your monthly invoice that shows you how much you have to pay, rent water, the bill was less the normal. When I called the office about it and asked if this was right. I was told it was and Merry Christmas. So I went on and paid it on-line. Then on Jan 1st, I saw where it was not that amount but more. Then you are told that you have until the 5th to pay it or it's 10% of your total rent amount as late fee. They do not want to work with you. So what's the point of the invoice letting you know your amount when you are just gonna add stuff to the account. The worst part, NO NOTIFICATION given.... If you didn't log on and see how much it was for or paid early then you will be in trouble with the late fees.. Seriously! Horrible Management team. Seems to be an occurring trend for this current management team. On top of all of that, I have told the office 5 times that a particular apartment plays their music really loud, and they have not done anything about it. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! Jan 3, 2017!!!
When you call for anything the management is rude. The assistant manager Latrice speaks to you like you're ignorant. Hallways Smell of weed and newports. I'm for sure breaking lease ASAP. I refuse to spend my hard earned money to be disrespected. They're posting fake reviews to increase their ratings.
These stairways smell of weed and Newports. Management speaks to you as if you're incompetent. Not worth the headache. RUN!!!
I lived in this apartment for a year. Currently pregnant and have a 2 year old. Since I been here I witness inappropriate activity in front of my door , people breaking into homes , & shooting. Not a good area to raise a family.
This apartment complex is great, the neighborhood is quiet, and the apartments themselves are nice. I love the kitchen size and walk in closet in the master bedroom. My apartment has brand new kitchen appliances and there is plenty of storage space. The office staff are helpful, friendly, and respond to any issues quickly. There are no lights in the bedrooms, so lamps are a must.
I am pleased so far so good. The staff was very professional and friendly. I had a few minor things go on but when I called the office it was handled in a timely manor.
I found PeachTree on Apartments.com and knew instantly I made a great decision. The staff help my love to be easy and swift. She made sure I had everything I needed to move in. I would definitely tell a friend about Apartments.com when they are apartment hunting!
