Twenty-five miles northeast of Baltimore, Aberdeen is a small city positioned between Interstate 95 and the northern reaches of Chesapeake Bay. The city is known regionally as the hometown of legendary pro baseball Hall of Famer Cal Ripken, Jr.; Ripken himself owns a sports complex on the northwest side of town, which includes community athletic facilities and the home stadium for the Baltimore Orioles-affiliated Aberdeen IronBirds.
The nearby Aberdeen Proving Ground is a major Army testing facility, and many of the 5,000 military personnel and 7,500 civilian employees who work there live in and around the city of Aberdeen.

Property Ratings at Perrywood Garden Apartments
This complex is a hot mess. The buildings are infested with roaches. Cant keep a maintenance man for over 90 days. Priscilla is great, but people don't stay for long in the office either. They never answer the phone. My ac unit goes out yearly and all the third floor ceilings are caving. They aren't doing renovations but want to increase the rent every year. pool is never open there is no community resource center NOTHING for the kids to do. They let a company come around and dump dirt piles next to our basketball court that has rocks and who knows what in it and they just left it there they don't care. They don't clean the hallways of the buildings I don't understand how the health department hasn't taken action on this place. Living here makes you truly hate your life. its no where near calm its violence all the time shootings and etc even with the cameras in the building its a mess. I haven't seen a maintenance man since December I still have things that haven't been taken care of. DONT MOVE HERE PLEASE DONT they don't even do inspections like they should if they did it would be a lot cleaner.
Badly infested with roaches. Every building has infestations of roaches. Very drug activity community
