Great place and location.
Great place and location. Place looks just like it’s pictured. I used this apartment for a long term stay while in the process of transitioning to Dallas and closing on my home. It has everything you need to live like you’re home. Management is quick to respond to any issue. Maintenance handled and fixed small problems in no time. I definitely recommend and if I ever need to, I will stay here again.

Affordable and Convenient!
I stayed in a Furnished Rental at this property for 6 months. As a single female travel nurse it was important to me that I felt safe and the apartment was perfect for me. Super affordable and if I needed any maintenance during my time there it was super easy and quick. W/D in unit and new flooring. Could get a little noisy at times due to the freeway access road next to the property but totally manageable. 10/10 recommend.

The WORST!!!
The absolute worst experience I've ever had in an apartment. The manager (incompetent) is clearly on here trying to get any negative reviews removed, but they completely deserve the terrible rating they're receiving. The apartments are completely infested with roaches, appliances are constantly breaking down (oven, ac, dishwasher), and utilities get cut off with no notice at all to tenants. AVOID AVOID AVOID

It's insane how much this place is charging for not even being able to regularly provide water.
