To expensive with terrible management.
The only reason I said it was 2* and not 1 is because its by the beach. Pool is always dirty and filled with kids that do not live there. Sauna is always being used as a baby pool. Yard is done at 6 in the morning and takes up to 4 hours. Maintenance does bare minimal work and does not even know how to wire the bathroom fan. Dishwasher was broken for over 5 months and when they came to "fix it" it was still not working before move out. The manager Kelly tells us 7-10 days for the deposit refund and on the 10th day it became 21 days. Stay away from these over priced homeless infested condos.

Hi Kyle, we are disappointed to see that your experience was not as positive as we hope for all of our residents. Our team manages just 3 of the 12 buildings, the rest are condominiums and independently owned. As such, our team does not handle the maintenance of the community. That is done by the HOA, although we can offer assistance in reaching out to them for any concerns. We apologize that you experienced some maintenance frustrations. When our team previously addressed your dishwasher concerns, all seemed to be fine until the recent move out inspection. Any maintenance concerns can be reported to our team at any time. Our standard is to get deposits refunded before 21 days, our team will do everything they can to get the deposit out sooner if possible.
