Old and falling apart

This building is some sixty years old, and it shows. Dust flies out of the air vents, and orange water flows out of the taps. The heating/AC system for the building uses ancient technology, and the boiler is often down for servicing. Then there is the filthy and stained carpeting in the common areas. Stay away unless this place is your only option.

Living luxury

Love living here. Well maintained and cleaned!! Management is tops in my book. Beautiful area by the park and water..

great location plus

the people who work in all departments are right on the spot to insure that any problem is corrected correctly and with the utmost concern for the welfare of all. from taste tasting parties and of course the nice grilling events with great food.to speakers from the community coming in for special presentations to.a great library and community room that can seat over a 100 people.
