Property Ratings at Quincy Village Apartments
Nice and quiet. Owner/manager constantly making improvements. Landscaping, added parking and most recently security cameras. Always looking to make things better. That’s nice to see!
Roaches, bugs, outdated. Property owner is rude and shady.
OK I stayed here for a while now according to my neighbors and friends there has been a lot a bug in cockroach infestation and I reported this to the maintenance man/landlord Colin who has done nothing about it. According to him no one has brought this to his attention. Also there is no cameras on the property so people can do whatever they please and safety is at stake and risk.
Moved here about two years ago, apartment wasn’t so good, very nasty inside. After we moved in the owner Dave/Collin said he was going to do a fully remodeled it’s now going on two years still with no remodel. And has a bad cockroach infestation in all buildings.
Hi I stay to my self I am on ssi don't have much I have Crohn's disease I've had two operations
